  1. No we are all dancers in gay bars, the pay is rich as..............and since we don't drink, take drugs, or chase loose women, we have heaps of money to spend on fancy internet connections and lots of time to invade specialist forums and corrupt young minds Jeez, I hope I wasn't frivilous, this topic is way too serious for that................. HaHaHa
  2. For sale, '98 SII: LSD diff and flanges [question I think it is a helical diff centre for this model, how do I confirm?]..........$700 Std clutch, as new.......... $100 Std R33 shocks, as new.......$200 Std front pipe and cat..........offers All prices subject to market demand [they are only worth what someone is willing to pay].
  3. I'd buy a Gtst and then strap it to a 26k catapult, it'd be faster than a GTR. Then I'd aim it at the GTR.....................lol May the tuff car win..................[i'm drivelling $hit again cos I think the whole topic is nonsensical, interesting, but nonsensical]
  4. Rhetorical question......... Is a Coles shopping trolley better than a Woolies one? I don't care, I love my car, I'd like a GTR, but not at the expense of all else. I [like many ppl] have limited funds. I guess I've answered the thread, a GTR is a GTR, its a desirable auto. My Gtst is likely faster than a few GTR's, but it isn't a GTR, if one comes along at the right time and the right price I'd consider changing, but its not a high priority. Just my two cents worth. Ohh and the leading question..............it depends on what store your shopping in.
  5. I've got a std cat and pipe, near new, $100 plus COD neg.
  6. And there you go....................
  7. Lets not rush too fast here, [unless you are bloody desperate]. I'll take some photo's of it and send them to you, lets make sure it's what you want first. I can put some low res ones here, or if you have an email, I can send high res. $50 COD, and you pay postage sounds fine to me.
  8. I've got a front half, if your talking about the composite plastic liner that screws/clips to the metalwork of the gaurd. F@#*ed if I know what its worth. Series II '98 Gtst.
  9. My Greddy's are the same as GiJor33's, and my exhaust normal driving 600' C, bringing the turbo on, 800' C, sticking it into it, 900' C max. Round town down as low as 300' C. Oil pressure up to 6.5, but flickers with the revs heaps.
  10. Great thread this, never been to Japan, but if you want to discuss about being stared at, try walking into one of those very very very oriental restaurants in downtown Cabramatta/Parramatta etc and trying to order a meal. Talk about about a 'bout of selfconsciousness', and I didn't even leave Australia. Anyway, I enjoyed reading this thread, thanks fella's.
  11. Don't like the look of it anyway, looks like a recycled Renault................... And we all know how good the frogs are at car design...........long live the citreon, the renault, and the peuguot, with out a doubt the three ugliest looking cars ever made. I'm sorry, but they are taking skyline where I don't want to go [lets hope the engine package is not influenced by French design].
  12. Anyone know email addresses for any wreckers in japan, I'm after a couple of drivers seat clips [for those of you who haven't seen my nag]. Nobody seems to have them here, so thought I'd try japan direct. But I need email addresses etc.
  13. Why is everyone hung up on a half naked chick in a Nissan photo. FULLY NAKED IS WAY BETTER.........................OOHH AND A SKYLINE OF SOME SORT ADDS CREDULANCE....LOL
  14. Good thing, except that on my '98 R33 there are two 'prongs' that go through the floorpan and are released underneath the car by undoing a clamp and squeezing the 'prongs' together then pushing them back up through the hole. These 'prongs' are accessed from under the car ie they are outside the car. I haven't done it yet, tried to get my rear seat out but put the base out in the too hard basket. I only wanted to get my backrest part out anyway, and with a bit of patience it came without the need to take the base out. PS you can actually see the holes for the 'prongs' in your photo, you have circled them in blue.
