At the end of the day ya car is probably illegal is some way. Spend the $170 and get a highflow, or spend $50 and run a decat. Its your choice. BUT.........if you got done for emissions your highflow would not pass so it is safe to say that you are unroadworthy anyway. If it is yuor daily, i would suggest being as legal as possible. If it is your weekend toy........thats a different story.

Good point. But i think the most developement in engines (especially F1) has been around reliability. They have already proved you can get stupid power out of small capacity engines. But gone are the good old days of engines exploding regularly in an F1 race. Even in the last 5 years. You hardly ever see it any more.

Mine is the I4 and auto. She is white with poo brown interior. The seats look like a 1970's sofa. I call it the couch car.

I just bought a 1990 Camry for a cheap daily. Cost me $600 with Reg. I know this is a lot older than you are looking for, but i still see a lot of these on the road which can only say good things about the reliability. But have to agree......Corolla's and Camry's are very reliable cars.

A tourer vs a sports car vs a family performace car are very different cars to drive and live with. Say an S14 vs an XR6T vs EVO are all very different cars. Personally i love RWD small cars that can be thrown around. My bro had an XR6T that was quick but just didnt feel "fun" to drive. And it def didnt go around corners as well as my S14 or his other GTiR for example. (that thing was stupid quick) Mind you if i had 50K to spend for a daily that could fit my family in....it would be hard to look past an F6.

If i am doing a proper detail on my car. (full clay, polish,sealant, wax) I will use some citrus cleaner diluted in some warm water to remove the old wax and crap. I wouldnt be using Kero. Just sounds nasty.

I just got a nice big ass Hydrolic Jack this week. From Supercrap Auto. They had a sale on. It is a proper heavy duty jack that ican be rebuilt. Retails at $200 reduced to $89. The sale was only last weekend but if you look online there could still be some available.

Same sizes as the 350z rims, but better and rarer. They are 18X8.5 +30. I ran some bolt on spacers, you dont have too but i may sell the rims with these if i like you These are pretty hard to find and took me ages to find some. These are sprayed Satin Black (properly). In awesome condition. Great tuff looking rims with some nice concave. Cool. Might have to look into getting a retune. I have highflowed 600cc injectors. If i were to get a retune to run straight E85 would these injector be maxed? SR20det 600cc injectors NIstune Full zorst 2871r Walbro Pump Making 210rwkw on 16psi

Has anyone done any tests on smaller amounts of e85 mixed with PULP? Say 10 litres of e85 with the rest pulp? I now a few guys have done E30 blends but have required retunes. I was wondering if adding a smaller amount say the last 10 litres worth in a full tank be worth it or a waste of time. Could you get away with this small amount without having to have a retune done?
