  1. Lol tell me about it. I had to replace the air regulator valve on mine and that alone was a big enough pain. But after taking the plenum off this time, next time will certainly be a lot easier, knowing where the bolts underneath it are now(hope there is no next time lol). Never heard of the tomei paste before, interesting. I just ended up getting a soft cloth and wiping them clean. didn't get them spotless but they werent too bad either. I noticed the t/b at the back was the dirtiest.
  2. I have the throttle bodies off my gtr atm and I know about the coating inside the t/b's so what is best to clean the t/b's with?
  3. Mate it might also be your iacv starting to play up. Search for it in the tut section, good write up on how to clean it out.
  4. What area are you from?
  5. Spotted the black R34 GTR with silver wheels sarvo at gully line lights heading south, bit after 5pm. Makes me wish I could upgrade to the 34
  6. Spotted the blue R34 GTR yesterday arvo at booragul roundabout.
  7. I second that.
  8. Spotted a black R34 GTT? with gold rims and Tommy Kaira written in gold on the door on the h/way through windale sarvo. A blonde was driving.
  9. Does anyone have the part number for the clear round blinkers on the front bar of an R33 GTR please?
  10. Well it works for me
  11. Mate, have you given any thought to your suspension? That level of power to only two wheels is going to give any sort of tyre grief. I would be looking at your rear end setup before tyres. Suspension can make or break a car.
  12. Spotted a white 34 with no wing heading south from bennetts green lights sarvo. A green p plater driving.
  13. Jeez, I remember that shop. Thats going back now. The only thing is their prices, but as above its all good stuff.
  14. I use my r33 GTR as a daily driver. I am prepared to sacrifice fuel consumption, comfort etc, to drive it every day.Its an absolute joy to jump in and drive. Why go to work having to put up with a shitter just to save a couple of bucks? Life is too short. GTR's are there to be driven, not to be parked up in a shed gathering dust. Just my thoughts.
  15. Keep spotting a white 32 in a driveway most afternoons along hillsborough rd opp the dog showground.
  16. Agreed. +1 for Apexi and +1 for Blitz fatt. Turbo timers should be set and forget. No need to play with them.
  17. If only it was that simple.
  18. Well she was impressed with it dude Nice car.
  19. The wife spotted a black r34 GTR at one-steel (com steel) at lunch today.
  20. Ok Santa if your listening, I would like a Kakimoto exhaust and some new hks turbo's pleeeease
  21. I'm averaging 14L/100km from my R. Thats a 50/50 of h/way and suburban driving daily. And alot of that time, im not going over more than 35% injector duty so im not getting up it too often. Im using BP ultimate only.
  22. It only becomes a problem usually when people use too much oil on the filter and the oil then covers the afm element. Thats why you often get told not to use these types of filters. If you know what your doing then it wont be a problem.
  23. I love the white Mines R34 with the full aero kit.
