  4. ok so my white tsuchiya rims (bought in the fs section) were getting a little tired. So while the car was out of action I dropped em into the same guys Nick used. So from this To this Very happy, good price, quick turn around. Next to send the advan sr3's to get blacked.
  5. similar to any aussie track day, twat in a car with more hp holding you up through the corners. the number of porsche at 4:20 in the video is crazy.
  6. just to compare at the same height with the offset bush at maximum is was getting -2deg. add the arms in at max neg setting and adjust the bush for -3deg. the bush is not maxed out, but wont give much more anyway. a mate also has an ecr33 and cusco arms, but with the oem bush. on max setting he is on -2.5deg. there are 3-4 settings on the cusco arm, depending on the arm. i think you will find 'track' cars modify the lower arm and weld up a rose joint or the like to push out a wider track and get more camber. there are a couple of pics floating around, if you look in the fatz goes racing thread in build ups maybe, i think.
  7. the dba4000 rotors will crack, but the adapters have been on my car for well over 20 track days now. no problems.
  8. cusco will give you -2.5deg with a ~340mm center to guard, add in a offset bush and you will see -3deg. i run the cusco, once piece makes it easy and without a threaded piece, pretty much maintain free.
  9. doesn't that say it all? no track work, it is a daily and the OP is happy with the current power level. HD organic...pedal will feel almost identical for stock as well. btw i've got a 5 puk HD with less power at the wheels than the OP. but my car sees track non stop and over 12 months later and 40 + track days the clutch is still going strong. there is no way i would get this package for a daily car. it bites hard and requires a fair amount of throttle to get off the line, which in the wet makes for some fun. but not daily. same in between gear changes. although, there is the amusement factor when others goto drive it. hop... oh btw Andy at Kudos has the kit for under $400 atm.
  10. additional revenue raised from such an initiative should go back into 1:1 funding for compulsory advanced driver training. if you don't do the course and you dont pay, you dont get your p's. simple. does anyone know the numbers? just out of interest. number of [x] license issued in 09/10 [x] l plates, p plates, full license
