  1. Unless it's the front section which leads onto McDonalds, I wouldn't bother with Mac. Centre. Burwood Westfields is fulla Swedes and there's heaps of imports being ripped for parts. The main Burwood Rd. is fine but the whole area is a defect zone as it is. Summernats is a not a good time for any Japanese car. T.
  2. Personally I'd go Sard, Nismo, Apex. T.
  3. I think many of you guys are having a quiet moment with yourselves right now. I like the subtle but distinctive bodykit - just like the Mines 34. The nicely pumped guards. I like how they kept the standard body parts that didn't need changing like the wing. Yes... what would it take to have both of these in your garage... T.
  4. Ok lemme ask you this then... The stroke goes from ~73mm to ~86mm. What does this do to revvability? Can you still get an RB30DET up to 8,000rpm? T
  5. The GT25xx series goes back to the early 90's. Is the SS/RS taking over? T.
  6. Isn't this low? My RB25DET on 9.0:1 did 160psi. T.
  7. Oh farkkk You get your name and stupad arse pic on their website - you'll be famous! Reprezent SAU! Do they require you to drink the soup??? That makes it hard. T.

    GT-R Key

It depends on how much you care about 'autheticity'. I paid $7.50 or so for a generic pulsar/patrol key. Works fine. T.
  10. It depends if your FMIC looks like a f00l sikk Hybrid anodised job or a truck radiator like an ARC or GT-R. My FMIC is well hidden... in fact people ask me if I even have one. T.
  11. Honestly man... talk to someone like Revrite Performance in Silverwater who have done this stuff many a time. T.
  12. You can airsaw out the entire centre section. You might also need to hack some of the back bits of the indicators depending on the size of the cooler. T.
  13. I don't think that's possible. You need a physical address to register a car. Good idea though but if you kept getting the same cop after a 3 month period you probably got some explaining to do. T.
  14. Do you know what the '550' stands for? $550,000 ha ha.. Different class of car... the person who buys a 550 probably has a 34 already. You gotta ask yourself why a '00 r34 is $80,000 and a 1978 308GTB is $120,000 or why a '97 355GTB is $200,000. T.
  15. About the Alfa 147 etc... This is a case of Alfa submitting their car for ADR approval and they got a permit to have an offset plate. Did you? I'm not siding with them... if your plate is set in the same manner as a 147, you should be fine. But you don't have a piece of ADR paper that says you can. This is a bureacracy we live in, people! T.
  16. "FLCOON" LOL I find that slightly racist but funny nonetheless! T.
  17. ??? I got done a while back for $74 for a pod. Why's it $700 now? T.
  18. I've been recommended 38-40 psi on 40 series low profile tyres as long as you realise what this does to road comfort. T.
  19. Yeah right... If you wanna get beat down on your front lawn like Rodney King for ditching your own car! LOL Why don't you throw random packages out the window as well? T.
  20. Is it fiberglass? Is it a GTR bar for a GTS or a GTR bar that's been pinched in tight to fit? T.
  21. This sort of thing is easy to counter... if you see a police car, drive PERFECTLY. I mean stop for give way signs, drive sedately, do not accelerate more than a Camry, take corners slowly, indicate, check mirrors.... they'll get bored or they'll pull you over. T.
  22. I'd say in Dec. some time? Maybe just an informal one at Parra park? Just a final gathering for the year sorta thing. Instead of pizza or dinner, something very casual. T.
  23. It's the Skyline police escort service. I've had one guy follow me for ages while I lead him on a 60km/h 'chase' thru an industrial area - he eventually got bored of my driving style and pulled into Hungry Jacks. T.
  24. Is this a simple 5,000km oil/filter change or a 100,000km belts, water pump etc. etc. T.
  25. 52mm right down the base of the A pillar - not defectable. T.
