  1. video of roll or it didn't happen
  2. I use TrackVision to put data over my video. Put your datalog, and video into the software and sync it, and you get the video+gauges out the other end.
  3. You seem to be forgetting the fact that before the race he said he'd run into Prost if he beat him to the first corner. From memory it was in protest to the pole sitter being put on the dirty side of the track.
  4. nascar/destruction derby would still be shit on Aussie tracks, the racing is only close because of all the safty cars.
  5. yep it's top secret
  6. Did the service crew take the pic of the Nissan flag? didn't upload the pics of the car when it was waiting on Bradshaw bridge to tackle Arrowsmith. I've got a new high responce bottom end ready to go. Just need to bash some restrictors into it, and sort a sump out. ASR looks the go for the sump.
  7. no one used one?
  8. x2 go and have some beers and give us a write up
  9. apparently running a redcam on dirt makes you roll. I lent mine to Mark and Jason yesterday, and they rolled too. I didn't touch any settings in mine, i've just run it as I recieved it
  10. I used a Radcam all Targa, didn't have any issues. Never used a pov, but I can't see it would have been much easier than turning it on and hitting the record button.
  11. Just wondering if anyone has used one, and how the knock side stacks up against the gizzmo and others. And how fast/accurate the a/f side of it is. They are about $950 delivered from nengun, which is pretty good value if you add up a gizzmo knock box, and a a/f meter.
  12. You could go to town on a DR30 since it's now under the classic rules. You could get a proper rear end designed for it, redesign the front end while keeping the struts. You have to use a turbo from the same eara as the car, so you could run a trust truck turbo. Stroke it to 2.2. Carbon fibre panels. They have a modern style ecu, so you could put a good computer in it. Wouldn't make a bad jigger
  13. Yeah he had a very similar paint job to mine, you can't argue with his times though.... But his tyres were shagged at Targa fest. You know there is another gtst for sale down here roy?
  14. now classic goes to 85, someone with money to needs to buy one of the group b road cars. A SWB Audi Quattro Sport, Lancia Delta S4, or RS200 EVO would go off
  15. worse than a subie, it's a expensive toyota. You can chuck the good ol commodore abs unit resnobly easy if you get a non abs model.
  16. Yeah ABS works well, it's 4 channel unit out of a VY Commodore with traction control (tc isn't hooked up though). Idely it'd be nicer if it was slightly less sensitive, but you only really notice that on a circuit.
  17. Isn't YT's old car back up for sale again? could lay some big single wheelers in it again.
  18. so when you getting a NSX to throw at the tree's snowie?
  19. I thought it was odd it was #3, as all the other ones that have died have done #6 from oil starvation.
  20. The Evo isn't on my105 anymore, it's a white 6.5 TME with white TE37's. Finlayson ran it at the track, and in wrestpoint
  21. After reading Tarmac, I was liking the idea of running a escort cosworth as it's different, and should be quick. just found this http://my105.com/ListingDetails/tabid/65/p/2/sid/6/id/4020/Default.aspx buy it now!!
  22. I run it to the top of the hump of the dip stick, I think it's about a litre if not more. It seems all 20's will eventually run a bearing, just not as soon as mine. We pulled the engine down last night, and bearing 3 was the one that died.
  23. The speed sensitive sttering is only really for parking, so once your over 80 you won't notice the difference.
  24. 1# bleed your brakes 2# you need to have a 1 way valve between the booster, and the plenum. You either don't have one, or it's stuffed (pretty commen), one way valve will fix your problems. But remeber, the booster can only hold so much vacume, so depending on the lenth of time your on the brakes, your pedal will get harder. 3# could be your rack, and/or pump.
