Keep in mind my most recent injury from e-diagnosis was most likely sacroiliac joint related, or small possibility it was disc. But in any case, light weights are a must of course.
So far I've done 2 sessions of SLDLs 20/30/40kg sets, and then on the second session I did normal deadlifts at 60kg, 3 sets of 10. I've also got myself a foam roller and a fairly hard tennis ball (not a cricket ball, I know...but I'm a big girl). Have been stretching hammies as much as I can bare to as well as glutes and lower back.
Right now after yesterday's SLDLs and DLs my very lower back muscles (emphasis on MUSCLE, first soft part of centre back above the pelvis) are tender from having not been used in quite some time. Will massage the area as best I can and rest it a couple ofdays before going at it again.
