  1. Boat shoes sealed the deal for me
  2. You do realise fuel prices ain't what they used to be?Ain't what they used to be, ain't what they used to be
  3. E85 economy is as follows 44 litres cost $53 today and netted me 238km, with fairly aggressive driving as per dat newfound power. From this, we can deduce that 400km (my usual tank fill up point on 98 unleaded) would require ~74 litres at a cost of ~$89, which is only a few dollars more than I would spend on 98 to get the 400km (probably just over $80). Be interesting to see if E85 and 98 sit on par for cost at my next fill up, given less aggressive / more daily driving with the current tank. But so far... worthit.jpg
  4. +1 Ric...I'll take the filling parma for $15 Rich people eat the crap parts of good food BAM!

Leavin your car out on Burwood Hwy at night time is asking for B4DLUK Alvin...
  6. I'm 6' 3, this and the lamp are a lie.
  7. Well done man! Why not try and build the 135 up a rep each session? Go for 11 reps next time. You'll have 135 for 20 x 2 in a month Or try for 137.5 x 10... Hundred ways to do it, as long as the intensity goes up
  8. If you convert this wheel size speak into age and dick length with rubber meaning condoms, this conversation gets pretty nasty and car orgy sounding / lined with in ur endo.
  9. Some of you people would be terrible at loading shipping containers You can fit half your momma in an R33
  10. I love that Poundstone has such a huge mid section, that of a very overweight guy, yet you can see outline of his abs. Hilariously appropriate name too!
  11. You will need to roll the 10+38 if the car is lowered. Get the guards rolled, you don't even notice the difference visually. Flared is a different thing.
  12. You don't need a special program to tell you that deadlifts will do wonders for back issues! Anyone who's ever had issues and gotten on to deadlifts will tell you what a miracle worker they are Yet we're usually too scared of trying for fear of making the issues worse...that was me once upon a time...
  13. Would be fkin hilarious if they started making new games exclusively for outdated platforms. Wonder if there's a marketing niche in that?
  14. Would help Plattsy with having friends if I could be bothered buying GTA for another game addiction. Brother says he wants it for his birthday so maybe soon.jpg
  15. Ah k I see. Yeah the body does respond well to different rep ranges. But I see no reason you can't keep doing your 20 rep stuff if you like it, and throw a single in at the end...even if it's only 150kg...just to make the 125 mentally seem that much lighter when you do it next time.
  16. There's no perfect program. You're there to damage muscles as much or more than you did last time, so you can rebuild them stronger with food and sleep. Damage hard and don't think too hard about it.
  17. Less reps more weight boz...you could easily knock out 10 of 135 instead of 20 of 125 and I think it would be more beneficial. Bam, you'll be past your brick wall. Have you tried doing any singles or doubles on squats?
  18. Actually on second read I notice no mention of steroids, yet being IFBB and looking at the dude it's hard to believe he wouldn't be using; not that I don't agree with all he's written, but it's kind of interesting to see no mention of it with regards to training and recovery etc.
  19. I like the part where he says Troy should be eating complex carbs like pasta and bread
  20. He's referencing growth and people wasting their time on easy warm ups / counting them as working sets; I train volume to burn calories buddy
  21. Good article; it says an elongated version of what I say on here every few weeks or so when I get sick of reading the unnecessarily pedantic questions about the 99% or someone's latest idea to achieve the 1% when they haven't even got the 99 yet.
  22. I know right? I was on last night...me and a few mates made an improv motorcycle gang for the lulz. Went around smacking up cars and shit; just minding our own business. Then some flamin mongrel in a 4WD ran half of us over.
  23. I'm gonna take a guess and see how close I get to Markos' answer... Rack/block pulls Bent over rows Pause squats Shoulder press
  24. inb4 Clayton Bowls Club sell a heap of parmigianas to you lot cause the guy has already left / it was all a joke on hipsters.
  25. And I still feel the urge to squish guys in my tank on my airport runway; life and nostalgia is funny like that.
