  1. Aside from all the comments above, I think the Oz government rules don't help with this at all. What I mean by this is that I can have a perfectly legal rego'd car in say Qld and yet if I try and rego it in Vic it won't pass.....why should it be different from state to state? This means that not only are you trying to sell a car that appeals to a minority of people but that is reduced further by the fact that a lot of people intersate won't look at it.
  2. As usual I had a ball out there Big thanks to all the flaggies and volunteers Despite earlier claims that I doubt I could get any more out of the car in its current form I managed to drop another 1/2 a sec to a flat 1:24 to keep ahead of matty's pesky EVO Congrats to all the guys posting PB's and hope those who had dramas get things sorted without too much hassle.
  3. Rumour has it that this as well as the R8 will get the V10 out of the lambo....

    350z S-tune

That would such a waste I'm with Ash make an offer for it but I'd imagine that it would be stripped for the good bits before the crush.....

  9. Lol....thanks guys. Hahaha are you offering to knit them While I did consider that for a sec the fact that leather is easier to clean than cloth (in regard to the passenger seat) and Nat would've had to wait until I had warmed her up didn't go in the R's favour Now thats a name....where were you when Nat and I were trying to decide on names?
  10. Thanks guys and I will pass on your wishes to Nat. All the best for the impending birth Snowie....being so close I didn't think you would make it to WA Lol James...we've pretty much decided that this is our quota so a procedure is imminent, after that I won't have to worry about keeping it in my pants....and depending who is going under the knife I may not have that urge to hump visitors legs anymore Hehehe Scott....thats what cousins are for and the plus side is you don't have to clothe and feed them Cheers Paul....be sure to point Lauren in the direction of the thread so she can see the new arrival.
  11. Hey all, As some of you know I missed last weekends Winton round due to an expected arrival, and I wasn't disappointed despite it happening a day later! At 7am Sunday morning my wife gave birth to a healthy baby girl weighing in at 7lb 5oz and 52cm long. Both bubs and mum are doing well and are expected to leave hospital this Thurs. As you can imagine both my wife and I are wrapped, and even more so we now have a pidgeon pair which is more than we could've hoped for. We named her Courtney Leah. It was a bit of a rush to get to hospital as my wife was having major contractions on the way and we arrived with only 20-30mins to spare....as a result I am almost 100% sure that I have made a donation to the state coffers but if I had to do it again I would given the circumstances! Anyway the doc is writing a letter on my behalf so I will see how I go. -Ant.
  12. Very nice pete....good to see her back in action
  13. Mark, It basically means that the seatbelts supplied with the car from the factory pass as do any approved harnesses (the ones that carry a certification tag on them) as long as they have been fitted correctly.
  14. Thanks for the comments guys Size of tracks rims are 18 x 10.5 with a +18 offset You are correct....the xenon headlights and red stitching are features of the series 3 GTR's as well as a few other little bits and pieces.
  15. Great result guys, good work
  16. I have personally seen this car at various events and it is a nice, clean capable example Good luck with the sale.
