  1. After speaking to you and Geoff... 8374 and a S300SX as a backup if I can't get my hands on one Am very tempted to go one size down from the 8374 as well though, just to build something that drives really nicely, we'll see. 6boob make manifolds for them, looking into alternatives also though.

  5. the J1349 test is for taxi's in California isn't it ? Best way to figure out what you would need is calculate your required flow and run it against varying pipe diameters.
  6. I do alot of Romanian Deadlifts, A couple of form videos I have seen show the bar being picked up and then not returned to the ground to completely restart the lift cycle. Is this correct ? From what I understood it was called a deadlift because you start wit the wait from dead IE no potential and lift it from there, and then back down and start again ?

  16. Don't see the difference in crashing into trees at 200 then at 250 or whatever, similar outcomes I would imagine.

Been doing a new training routine, I am a big boy so open to criticism DAY 1 Palm down Chinup 3 x 10 Bent Row 3 x 10 Powercleans 3 x 10 High Pull 3 x 10 Frontal Raises 3 x 10 DAY 2 Jumping Back Squat 3 x 10 Heavier normal Back Squat 3 x 10 SUPERSETTED with Calf Raises 3 x 10 (same weight on back) Deadlifts 3 x 10 Skull Crushers 3 x 10 DAY 3 Dumbell Flys 3 x 10 Bench Press 3 x 10 Clap Pushups 3 x 15 Dumbell Rows 3 x 10 Reverse Curls 3 x 10. DAY 4 REST, go running, I run on any day I feel upto it really. DAY 5 Restart cycle again.
