  1. ya thats it, I just kept my bits so if i do get the defect, (which is unlikely cause i never drive the bloody thing ) i can have it back to stock in a weekend.. Also i think mines a little more inconspicuous I admit its not hidden, but it does blend in well..Only someone clued on would spot it.. And if that someone looked under the bonnet well Im probably screwed either way... Not sure if i will make a bracket to fit the standard heatshield or fab up a new one out of that heatshield stuff..
  2. yes its confusing but maybe this will help..
  3. word...I had no idea how hot she still was... the whole time I thought he was dating different Liz altogether...
  4. seems as though it all goes in one ear and out the other...
  5. cause that was the reason I decided to buy one I mean, if he can squeeze 300 out of one the 280 i wanted should be easy...
  6. didnt dr drift make 305 kw ? Tdo6 20g on pulp..ran a flat 12sec...
  7. i know of at least one guy making 350kw+ with IG HG on stock manifold
  8. +500 for coilpacks +700 for injectors +500 for FMIC +2000 for ecu and tune +1000 for a clutch +1000 for micselaneous bitsand pieces and fixing other little problems that may arise.. And lets hope your not paying for any labour... 2k for 300kw...yeah right...lol
  9. even with all the issues its looking good man.. Ed..just realize you tuned on eflex, Im hoping to make that power on PULP at around 18psi.. just wondering did u use the water lines from the kit and just join them up to some rubber hose as well...its a dodgey setup and i had a time actually getting the fittings to stay tight on the turbo..Im hoping heat will maybe fuse them in place somehow..lol
  10. my BT50 has this standard...runs 16 psi standard too....probably irrelevant...
  11. what happened to cha chaos??????
  12. you probably wouldn't like my backyard job on the kando hoses then..there is at least 6 joints that MIGHT leak...lol fingers crossed
  13. alternatively you could just run a hose straight from the water source at the inlet manifold to a fitting in water return on the block..
  14. just get Hypergear man and stop asking stupid Qs kando kit comes with a long enough oil line yes but it only comes with 30cm braided water lines, you need the hose to extend them..or you can just get proper length braided hose made up if you like to do things properly.. PS..please stop asking for dyno sheets there is none and the asking is getting tedious...READ THE THREAD!!!!
  15. hmm roughly.. KD turbo 700$...ebay tial 44mm with 7 springs 385$...ebay 3 inch mandrel to make dump 40$.. some gates flameproof hose lets say 30$ 10mm spacers are 45$ at GCG..i had one already. modified rear housing and other bits and pieces of welding required...numerous sexual favours there is a few other fittings, gaskets etc u will need that dont cost much 10$ each maybe.. all up its not too expensive but you either need to have a good TIG welder and some skills, or know people that do... >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>PLUG FOR SCOTTYNM35 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< otherwise getting everything custom made could easily hit up 500$ if you cheap out on a wastegate it could come in under 1000$ not including all the extras of course...ecu injectors cooler yadda yadda
  16. haha..now theres an idea.. I left my phone in my pocket on record at a Metallica concert and the playback sounded great.... filtering, it works.. Anyway, carry on....
  17. +1..lots of lols in here today...
  18. I'd think either 40mm or 44mm should be fine..compgate 40mm has a really small body, good if your trying to hide it..i was going to get it but I want to try running just on springs no EBC and see how it goes...finding springs for the Compgate was troublesome..so i got a tial 44mm with springs..if its not happy I may just get a gizzmo ebc or something..
  19. yeah i figured as much..looks slippery.. you could always ask Stao to make you up a IG rear housing to suit tdo6 ..should perform alright.. im sure he would of tried something similar before..
  20. such a teaser vid...how much boost was that at?
  21. that sounds real nice!!!!
  22. ahh what, not you too, now everybody is doin it..I dont wanna anymore
  23. umm no, I was waiting to get my exhaust done but i got bored and sold some stuff, then bought some new stuff, so now Im also waiting on getting my 740 injectors flow tested (might help if I take them out of the glovebox) and also awaiting an adaptronic (Hurry up Stao) Then i will be waiting on a busy tuner cause as it is i cant tune for shit...I may decide to try learn which will then take even longer.. Oh and yeah still have an exhaust to manufacture.. looks like Jez will beat me to the line...wonder if he will beat me on the dyno too, Im sure he ahs a few tricks up his sleeve that I dont..
  24. hell yes, the bellmouth dump is a great budget upgrade.. Then add a 40$ turbotech boost controller for an extra 3 psi of boost and feel the difference.. 30% extra power for 250$ it doesnt get much better than that
  25. I guess he likes you better than me..Damn homos..
