The lights look a bit lexus-esque .... or maybe new BMW?

It could be a photoshop, but those lights are nothing like an S15 man .... have a look at the number of globes in there (small indicator and other globe above it) .... plus they have far too much height. S15 headlights are more long and thin. But I agree the headlights on the pic are dodgy.

Graham - no the last new S15s were sold last September .... you will only find second hand ones around now. Hiep - it's like Honda V-tec .... new kind of VVT - I'm not sure on the precifics but it makes the motor a hell of a lot more efficient, powerful and has less emissions. The 2001 Nissan X-Trail 4wd JDM version had the motor in it! Not the AU version though. Robert - I want one too mate

Finally after hearing rumour whispers for some time I found this article/picture: S16 Silvia Can anyone translate Japanese? Not sure on authenticity but it looks like a possible evolution of an S15. Mmmmm SR20VET - 207rwkw from the factory!

shit sorry you're right MattR - stupid me .... that timeslip was actually against MattR's current morone R32 (= plenty of wheel spin) .... my actual run against the Supra was : 13.345 @ 104.38mph vs black (stock) TT Supra (not the RPM one) 14.622 @ 102.31mph Cmon MattR .... tell the boys what you're pretty new beast ran - I'm not gonna kiss and tell either!

I know it's not very exciting for you guys but I thought I'd post it anyhow. I achieved a new fastest ET today at 13.330 @ 104.22mph. That is in full street trim incl. normal tyre pressure, spare in, sub-box etc in, 3/4 tank of fuel, no fuel additives & normal street tyres (not even semi-slicks). Just set up as my normal daily driver. For your perusal:

hrm gimme a FMIC, larger injectors, high-flow fuel pump and a properly tuned ECU and I *might* be willing to give it a go .... yes straight line is nice - especially when you have concrete to one side and a vehicle to the other Sure as hell that car will go DAMN fast!!!!!

I've been saving up my 'out with the boys' time up for the coming events. You know how it is .... the missus only puts up with so much so I take a bit of time off then hammer the car thing - ie. drags Sunday (hopefully), dyno day in a couple of weeks then drags on the 31st. Matt, where's my magic card?
