Only once have I had one set on max retard and that was when my cas was on its way out and started advancing the timing randomly hahhaha Good luck buddy

I think u might b right there Blake that gearing is real tall But as u said it will have great accel and will come on real nice But high way diving round 100 will probably see revs round 3500-4000k which isn't ideal but bearable hahhaha

Can u swap the cas with a goo one to be safe. ? Or even the igniter module ?

I have been busy the last week Got the engine out Fitted new turbo plenum an injectors striped the block yada yada yada Now while it's on th stand I thought it might be an idea to the do the bearings seen as how Im gunna squeeze More power out of it ? What do u think. ? Over kill ? Is there anything else u guys would recommend while the engines out I have missed ?

Get the genuine one mate most wastegates are suited to certain turbos for a reason they all have different flow rates Ns amounts of pressure desired to open an shut the gate

Have u checked ecu fr erros ? Have u played with any of the loom on intake side ? To me it the syptons sound knock sensor related .may be dodgey or even unplugged by accident Tho the sound ur describing doesn't :-/

Hey brad your work is awsomE stuff mate but just because I don't have a work shop does not mean my work lacks in quality hahaha I still purge all my exausts and intakes and will do what the customer wants ;-) and if I need to do something extreme I can always take it into my work .
