  1. I was thinking of doing the same thing, but I have been told that the stock items stay open at idle and this means the AFM wont read all air flow and your car wont run propperly. Havn't tried it, but it's a reliable source. My return pipe is damaged and thats why I asked the same question.
  2. Ocean - I have about 10 mins of footage from Calder. We captured a couple of good flame shots. Will try to bring something along to the next meeting on Tue 15th
  3. Done. i'll look after it. Give me a buzz on the weekend then.
  4. I'm there. This will be the First real track day with the suspension done by Ben, even thou that was like 3 months ago. We are ok to use the house at Phillip Island. I have asked David and it's all cool. I'd also be keen to stay down there an extra night or two. Keep posting up if your interested guys, as Andrew said accomodation might be hard to find if we leave it too long.

  6. This was the only flame shot I managed to capture on the Digital Still, but is out of focus. I watched the video footage and I know that flamage turned out great.
  7. Sorry was at the WRX track day at Calder on Saturday. I am around any night this week.
  8. This is gold geoff. I think I fit into all below "wheel to wheel" thou. Which is sad. It made me think of so many people I know.
  9. Have now ripped the loom out of my car. These are pretty easy to install and I have all wires labled. -= BUMP =-
  10. Troy your a champ. Is this the crank your currently running?
  11. HAHA ... Wolf ... As in the boy who cried Wolf!
  12. Agree. I learnt more about Phillip Island in one wet session than I did in four full days of dry sessions.
  13. Ferni - I'm still pulling a gum tree out from the front of my car.
  14. My car isn't at Ben's. But wish it was Troy tells me I should make this event. But we'll see. :headspin:
  15. These are the four stock coilovers (springs and shock) complete from my GTR.
  16. The end tanks have been modified to downsize the pipes and change direction of the right one by the looks of it. The core is painted black on a std GTR one. May have been blasted thou.
  17. Hi all, I have removed these lights from my R33 GTR. They were a factory option on the GTR, and fit into the bar neatly. One pair of lights are spots and the other pair are spreads. These come with brackets, all wiring and a switch that fits into the coin slot size compartment in the centre console. I dont see any reason why these wouldn't fit GTST too.
  18. This photographer is an SAU members father. (Chrisman) We are attempting to get some thumbnails from these two days and will bring them along to the next SAU meeting. People can if they wish make an order there and have a good look at the photos. Hopefully he will be able to give us an SAU discount. I believe there are quite a few photos of SAU cars from the last fun day. My friend was telling me there was a bit of an incident at this fun day with an XF hitting the wall on the main straight after the "S" I was told the day ended a little early becuase of this. Anyone got any more details?
  19. Oh come on Roy I was gonna organise a pissup for ya, just so you could slip back into the routine. I will flag if i'm not back on the road... But i'm confident.
  20. I'll also bring everything required to access this. It's a pretty cool idea.
  21. Here!, Here! (To Dodgey Track)
  22. Do you have drivers side headlight? How much?
  23. hehe. I mean made it to the end of the day.....
