  1. 25/30? Aren't they a turbo? Who needs 3.0 litres?
  2. Would you believe the Datto has three pedals?!? Had me stuffed what the one on the left did!!!
  3. No idea. Timeslips are in the back of the Datto that I gave back.
  4. New Youtube vids can take a little bit to become visible to more than just the poster. Trust me, the vid is up and the link works.
  5. Can you send the link to Mark, Paulie D?
  6. Stick a Liberty in the R32 then!
  7. She's otherwise incarcerated.....errr...indisposed!
  8. Bwaahahaha!! Call it women's intuition.
  9. You're memory is a bit fuzzy, Ben. The Datto was there long before the white van. I drove around the bend in the deep beeping and yelling and waving and I could see Mark saying, "Was it? Did I? What was it?" So close yet so far. Video is uploading now.
  10. I said retaining nuts, not balls!
  11. "R Compounds" and drag racing don't go in the same sentence together.
  12. I can organise one for you, mate. Gimme an email or a buzz.
  13. He mentioned that he'd agreed to swap lanes and I told him that having run an 8.0, Mark would be very appreciative. He's a good guy, young Paulie. He'll be king of the kids in GTi land.
  14. According to my mate in the white swift who was racing Mark it was forking awesome! He was nearly as excited about the GTR going past him like he was standing still as he was his 12.88. I'll post the footage tonite. It's pretty funny to see the camera focused on the street-tyred Swift and then this black thing just screams past it out of nowhere taking up all the track and then some as it disappears into the distance.
  15. a 1.23 sixty with Mark's usual MPH is a 7.8x pass. Car sounded nuts all weekend!
  16. I picked up the correct throttle body from Plazmaman last night after Compak Attak and saw that their new plenums have a revised throttle mounting setup that allows enough room for the retaining nuts on either side. They also allow room for the fitting at the back that runs to the brake booster.
  17. It's a custom job with the appropriate yokes at each end. Are you really using a 6.2L LS3?
  18. There's no way they'll fit without modifications that would render them unfit for the task they're supposed to perform.
  19. The only thing I can think of is that there must have been a low-volume Ethiopian-spec R33 that didn't have HICAS and ran an RB20E and no 4WS.
  20. Come on, Paul. You know you wanna give up and spend the day just watching and cheering on all us little people in the reserve grades!
