lol, when you turn the key, and the car goes "tick tick tick" how much more obvious can you get?
lol, would you go and get some jumper leads, or runn off to SAU and post a thread?
lol, well, you're opening statement was pretty poor.
Sounded like you just wanted to do a few maths sums, and just put everything in, and off you go, tune done.
Also, there are so many factors involved to your question..
Its actually a PS2 socket - same as a PS2 keyboard or mouse.
And yes, just pull it out, running or not running, doesn't hurt it.
There is a pin missing inside, so if you try and plug it in wrong you'll most likely bend a pin and screw up your plug.
sounds like one of the cams has slipped a tooth, and if the timing is correct via the cas and Harmonic balancer, the only thing that could be out is the intake cam.
Take the cam belt cover off, and make sure the intake cam is dialed in correctly. I bet it isn't.
Took me 2 good years before I considered myself a capable tuner, and I know\knew quite a bit of stuff already, and my background is IT orientated. High level too.
You can't just go out and buy some tuning gear and tune a car..
you need to go and find a new tuner.
The stock turbo will be dead in weeks at that boost, and the factory ECU simply cannot handle that much boost either.
hey mate, the power was down a lot when I ran that time, as I just installed a new fuel pump and the AFR's were at 10:1 lol.
Not sure what it runs now with the new power, as the track is not finished. It was destroyed in the floods we had recently.
don't want to burst your bubble, but comparing maps is useless because some people have their injectors dialed in differently, different lag times etc and also the CAS can be in a completely different spot and thus making the timing different.
I'm keen to see if any has made and good changes to the other parts of the FC though, or the other tabs in FC-Edit
