  4. i started reading and when u didnt know wat knock was straight away i suspected u wouldnt have the correct fuel in it... i see it alot.... kinda makes me angry sumtimes lol..... if it was tuned on 98 and ur gonna go flog it sumwhere make sure it has that octane fuel in it. minimum u can run lower octane fuel if ur just lightly cruising but it still not recommended. my 2cents

  11. my gate runs directly off the exhaust housing. all custom from etm manifolds. wat u guys reckon btw its a t04z .81 rear and everything is ceramic coated. will be goin onto a tomei 2.8lt stroker motor

HAHAHAHA yeh that table cloth looks quite tough. its cost me a fair bit round the 14 15k range... but dont 4get its the ducknuts of bits inluding being a stroker motor. its not just a rods and pistons build. santa be having a hard time loading the sucka into his sled he had to go buy a gantry to load and offload... thank f*k i aint got a chimney lol
  13. i was running 20psi through my vh41... but it would get weird readings where sumtimes i put it down to it was located just after a bend and maby the air was buffeting around the corner and not flowing past smoothly. plus i had to remove the lil screen inside it due to it was a massive restriction.
  14. tailshaft mods? i dont see how u would have to do ne tailshaft mods if u use the rb25 box onto the 26 motor and use the 25 clutch... ??? power steering mods. u can bolt up a 25 ps pump to a 26. main difference is the 25 pump runs a 3pk belt gtr run a 4pk belt. im in the middle of doing a 26... well 28 conversion into a r33. and yes they are costly if u do them properly. but mate if u only want 350kw. forgies are probably ur best bet plus not mucking around with mod plates and queensland transport that way...

  16. yeh the bov might possibly be blowing open but ive seen several bovs hold to 14psi then crack off the seat. and yes lumpy idle hence the overfueling etc
  17. check that ur wastegate isnt stuk open if its and internal type. just pull the vaccum line off the actuator and see wat it does aswell. and ud hear if u had a major boost leak bcuz ud hear a massive rush of air and ur car would run like shit due to the amount of air ur afm is seeing pass through it and wat is actually making it to the engine wont comply with the injection duty that its givin hence it will be overfueling etc. and or u shit ur exhaust wheels lol

  22. look on the left hand strut tower... on the inside of course about half way down there should be 2 threaded nuts that are welded into the body. mine sits there perfect. thinking about moving it tho.
  23. ahhhhh... lol its abit of a mish if u dont take notice huh. lol im gonna be using all new silicone hoses so every hose will be brand new. i didnt realise there was so many till i saw my 26 in person lol. neways good luck with it
