Rb30 in s13, crossmember plus a few questions
stealthfoz replied to fikemoo's topic in RB30 conversions
how much room are you chasing? when i did mine (5years ago so hard to remember) i thought r33 stuff sat engine forward and higher and r32 sat back and lower... either way i dont think there is a great deal in it. i ended up shortening engine brackets as i had 25/30 to get bonnet to clear -

0-400 Stillway Lockout Shifter For Gtr's
stealthfoz replied to Ryan1200's topic in Drivetrain and transmission
more like $900 now. i think award diff and gearbox are the only ones that have them now as stillway are no longer making these -
what sort of HP are you planning on running? a set of aftermarket cams with adjustable gears "properly" dialed in will probably give you what your after without spending so much$$$$ for very little, if any, gains. you cant compare a car tuned with vct by just disconnecting it and seeing the difference as you will definitely feel the difference as its set up to run vct! very hard to compare as every car will "feel" different and react different on the road

just go to bursons and get a standard exhaust manifold gasket and t3 turbo gasket. they normally sell permaseal ones which are good quality. but since you are missing bolts id be checking how flat the manifold is now, it may need a machine or you will keep blowing gaskets
