    Split hose - not so good. Stock intake and high boost - not so good High boost and stock ECU - not so good Try to fix the gauge, likely a split hose or dodge solder in the sender. If you hit the Cat with palm of you hand, does it rattle? if so, broken insides... Pics of the split hose would be good.

    I've been using Nulon hi tech fast flowing 10W40 synthetic + one bottle of Nulon E20 (for 25,000 kms) & Nulon Semi-Synthetic 75W-90 Smooth Shift in the Gbox. (6000 kms) All Smooth, No complaints.

    What kind of intake do you have? The Stock Flexy Rubber Hose? or a metal one? If it's the stocker, it could be sucking shut with Higher PSI... Sure your Cat isn't blocked? No idea of boost levels? What's the gauge say? and this is with stock ECU? Sure you don't have ANY boost leaks at all? My turn for the many questions...
