Hey George, What I don't understand is that you state that you want to do a legitamite pink slip, then try to find a way out when you are knocked back on something that isnt legal? If you are going to get it passed legally, get it done 100% otherwise go to the bodgy bloke in the first place. BTW - there is a reason why 15% is illegal. It lowers the amount of light coming into the car so much so, that your vision is reduced considerably. This reduces the safety of you and others around you on the road. I would hope you wouldn't put a couple of hundred dollars in tint infront of your life or those of others on the road near you.
