Don't worry about it, I do it all the time!
Troy: yeah, I've thought about the pad issue before, which is what turned me off initially. Firstly due to cost of replacing them, and secondly due to availability. Having said that though, I do love the project mu pads I have in the car now, so it's not too much of a worry for me.
Also very happy with their rotors that I have, so again, not a major issue for me. But could be down the track... pardon the pun
Buy yeah, the stoptechs will probably give me more options. And there's still the Greddy's in the mix as well... for what it's worth, I've seen the project mu's for $1200 less than what RHD wants for them, not delivered though.
Most delivery quotes I've had have been around the $150-200 mark, so let's say 1k less than RHD's price. Pretty enticing...

What is the reasoning for having a radial mount as opposed to lug? Why is it better, apart from being easier to mount (from what I'm aware)?
