Hey.How much exactly was cut? The reo in the first pic had a 400r bar on it with the air vent holes cut to suit.And it had the remaining bits cut off that were in the way of the intercooler and pipes.

They umm about cutting the reo's because of the loss of support from cuting them to fit the intercooler.But every one does it any way.

Hi Jeremey, If you look at the photo from the install in the first pic looking from the top of the intercooler you can see the 2 steel plates that stick out going back towards the car. They are used to mount the intercooler back more,you will have to cut them up yourself they are not very long at all,and what they do is give the front of the intercooler space to sit behind but still under the reo(reinforcement bar) and add support. Use all mounting locations on the intercooler. I have made up a ''top veiw'' paint program drawing to give you an idea.You can see how the intercooler sits behind the front of the reo but still underneath it.Also the top of the endtanks of the intercooler sits snugly between the headlights giving you a good central mounting location.Im not to sure but i think that the brackets can sit under the reo bar or on top.But definently as in the pic they can sit on top. Intercooler_mounting.bmp The intercooler can also be mounted further back.The intercooler doesnt nessesarily have to be mounted half/half under the reo like in my drawing.That is unless you have somthing stoping it like an oil cooler. EDIT:Ive just got off the phone with steves aircon man and been informed that seen as though i have have had the system apart before hand for more than a day,It needs a new filter and full regass. It's going to cost me $154.00 all up. He is slightly cheaper priced compared to others out there.

The car is mainly a streeter with a little track use.What would be the best choice of differential for me. I know that 2 ways make a clunking sound when decelleration and acelleration happens.Is this the same for the 1.5 way. R33 GTS-t I was out the other night and noticed that the car was spinning 1 leg then for a brief moment it would hook up limo then back into the 1leg and then back to limo.And the car would understeer into the gutter and this would continue as the car went arround.

Happy new year doodz and all.I was up the coast for the new year. As i was driving home yesterday i missed out by 10mins on being able to drive back to sydney ,''FIRES!!!'',They even closed the alternate routes.I eneded up going back up the coast and staying at my grandparants place.

Hi Stan. Id talk to the front desk.If you can find somwhere give them a call. But I dont think they will be willing to give up car spaces at a busy carpark.Thats why i suggested an empty unused one like domayne.And the one at casula has a hardware house vitrually next door.And a pub 30sec drive and maccas 2min drive down the road.

I know for sure that most of the domayne stores are empty because of the buy out from harvey norman. That said the domayne carpark @ the crossroads near casula is allways empty.It's a big carpark. There is a Kmart garden centre next door,but,there is a carpark for it.And i highly,highly doubt that there will ever be enuf cars going to kmart garden centre to fill both car parks. There are others as well.
