  1. One of the nicest race GTS-t's in australia. What coil setup have you gone for on the car can i ask.
  2. So all he needs to change the ratio of the diff to the taller s13 ratio is to swap thw crown wheel and this is a sraight fit. Would somthing like this Work for a r33.What is interchangable in the 33gts-t
  3. The bendix ultimates on my old mans ford are good. They do eat at the dba slotted rotors though and make allot of noise on the street. From what you are describing the rb74's are worse than that. If i had a camera i would show yoou the destruction that the rotors have taken.
  4. You know take a look and see if the intercooler pipes leading into the and out of the engine bay has any metal touching the chassie or one another. That includes hoseclamps. I have a feling that all it needs is a thin peice of rubber strip arround the area cable tied to the affected pipes that should do the trick. I get the same problem and i think it's a hoseclamp. :0
  5. Yes could you just splice it straight from the existing ground by putting a ''t peice'' in the gound wire and ground it to the chassie???
  6. Wow saw it on speedweek today.Giving it your all at the creek.
  7. YES, REVING-BUT NOT GOING ANYWHERE WOULD BE A GOOD SIGN. SMELL-IS ANOTHER THAT YOU ARE BURNING THE CLUTCH. My stock clutch seemed to be on it's way out showing these kind of symptoms. Then i added more 25rwkw more power took it to the drags,it couldnt handle the power and just slipped off the line.then in second so i gave up going for third. At the moment the 5 puck ceramic HD clutch is great, though,i havent driven it more than 500klms in a year.
  8. What blind_elk and scribble said.It needs to be spun off center.Tapped from the side. When putting them back in you can find a socket about the size of the inner width of the welch plugs cupped center and tap it in slowly and evenly i also used lock tight arround the edges of the welch plugs. Make sure that the area you are tapping them back into is dry and free of forign matter.
  9. Cool.I think that the earthing system i have in the car now made a huge difference in the way the battery holds it's charge.Though i havent done any tests, after i made up my new earthing system i could insdtantly see that the 3yr plus old battery can hold it's charge even after being connected to the terminals and the car being off the road and not being started for a month or so at a time cranking it over charge is like it had been run the day before.
  10. Amuse supra gets owned.
  11. I looked at it and thought photochop and then as you scroll down the page i can see that it's a legit conversion. WTF!!! Rice ball! Seriuously if you look at the inteerior and see the i diddnt give a fcuk, look at my sik hoses in yo face, and then look at the way the turbo hangs, man you just laugh.
  12. I sometimes feel as though i should have brought myself a race/track car and put up with a regular street car and not spend money on the line. But i like it too much. Not spending the money, but, seeing the car in the finished state. Ive seen so many people throw their money away on alcohol and drugs and have nothing to show for their working lives.I think that this is my drug. !Trust! !out!
  13. Ahh.I meant to mean.I was at the site and wanted to downlad more videos other than the one MAR55S has hosted. :)
  14. If the gauge is screwed then it still wouldnt explain why he has to fill his tank UP to full!! Or havent you looked into this possibility?? Not u,him. You have 10,000cc injectors.
  15. Has the offer for partaking been offered??

  21. Sorry about the late reply. He will be engineering fmic, gauges, fiberglass vented bonnet, bov(recirc type),bodykit, rims, and because i have no boot lid brake light i have to have one in the window so that too. And i am going for an emissions test.
  22. If you are caught tell your boss to pay for the fine because you were on the job while it happened and you take the points. I think that it is law that the company pay for the fine. You could find out anyway.
  23. Sproosy is right. Really if you are going for a blue slip you will need a engineers cert for mods on the car, otherwise,if the car is stock then you shouldnt have to worry. I have to go for an emissions test and pass before i can get the front mount intercooler approved by the engineer. The whole reason for me having to go for the epa test is because i have an emissions altering modifycation on the car.But that being said i have been told that if the intercooler is the only modifycation i have done to the car and everything else is stock then i should pass still. Apart from that i will post up my epa results to show what the results are and what the australian standards should be. I think thats where everyone gets the thing of having the filter and intercooler together wont fly with the epa thing from. FYI:If you know the car will be ready in X ammount of time.Call the rta/epa and make a booking.I am waiting a month before i can go for it. I am getting my car engineered through: R.P. & D.A. GRDUSIAK PTY LTD Contact: Richard Mobile: 0418282382 He is located in penrith.
