  10. Dan, I get shoulder and neck pain from exercise or when I'm very cold, caused from a car accident 10 years ago. This pain also induces migraines. I get migraines on a nightly basis every 8 weeks or so; when this starts to happen I receive trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. This helps enormously. I can’t speak highly enough of trigger point. My shoulder pain also makes me susceptible to injury in this area, for example my levator scapulae injury I sustained a few weeks ago from increasing my weights; when this happens I book in for trigger point again and it normally heals the injury within a few days. I also consume magnesium daily which assists with joint/muscular pain.

  21. well tell me what to do right then! I've only gained weight since cutting down on cardio and doing weights
  22. I don't know anything about this All I know is that on my weights program I have lost my ab definition and my body looks like shit. I'm doing everything I can to lose fat, and I can not achieve it I've resorted to oxyelite now
