  1. I track progress in my head. I don't progress much so it's not hard to do.
  2. And who does these kb circuits? Your power lifters?
  3. Markos' newsletter says: First problem you guys should notice is the burning of 10% of your calories through tough exercise, daily. Its not realistic that you guys can train every day. Its also not advised for long term either. Three heavy training sessions per week plus a very hard cardio based session twice a week would be enough. Because we all work for a living, we are not able to live like professional athletes, so we dont have the ability to recover from 7 days a week training. And: So now were lifting heavy weights three times per week, doing high effort cardio twice a week, eating 10% less calories than we need every day, eating 4gms of protein per kilogram of bodyweight, eating no man made carbs, getting all our essential fats from nuts, olives, avocados, oils and supplements. Were drinking no calories and were eating 6 small meals a day. Whats left you ask? Well let me tell you. But on this forum he's stated cardio makes you fat. And you wonder why I'm confused.
  4. Your other reply was better
  5. Well I've been told to eat rice and bread
  6. So now you shouldn't eat rice and bread? Wtf
  7. Wow birds have a dig at me why don't you
  8. Meh timezones are overrated
  9. I didn't understand what Birds was saying so I wanted Markos to explain it in a way I could understand.
  10. I still don't understand what you meant Markos when you said Its like when someone lifting a weight thinks hes building muscle, quite the opposite
  11. Im a little confused (what else is new) Do you mean because when you lift a weight you're tearing the muscle and it builds by repairing at rest?
  12. Cool thanks, couldn't see I have a long way to go ha
  13. Coppers coppers punch em in the face
  14. Markos what weight is Verity squatting in the first video?
  15. Sounds like something from Epic Meal Time, Troy.
  16. Welcome! Pics of both, love 31's!
  17. I've been squatting and dead lifting for 3 months now and you know the only reason I wasn't doing them earlier is because I didn't feel my technique was correct; I wanted to wait to be shown correctly by you rather than get into bad habits with incorrect form or cause injuries. It wasn't a case of leaving them out because I felt like it. I did substitute exercises until how I learnt how to squat and deadlift properly in April. The rest of the program I've been doing for 8 months and I just expected more definition than what I have at the moment because of what you said to me. And why wouldn't I still be eating healthy? You know I eat healthy and I' ve changed my diet and increased my calories because you want me to eat more protein and carbs. Markos how am I not listening to Birds? I do his program, I eat how he wants me to eat, I use the protein powder he wants me to use, and if I'm not sure of anything I ask him and listen to his advice. The only thing he is not happy with me doing is my aerobics and boxing classes once a week. I've explained to him why I can't give them up and I thought he was supportive of my decision because there is a valid reason why I want to continue them.
