I tried to do front squats as I cant back squat due to my injury but I couldn't even front squat the bar. Can't seem to get any upper body strength going on.
Is it possible when coming up from a heavy squat to lean too far forward and have the bar f**k you up? I often get this feeling that the bar is going to roll too far forward and break my neck and I can't complete the squat.
Yes; I guess where I'm coming from is that wild pearls are a natural process, wheras when farmed the irritant is placed inside the oyster shell to create the pearl. But I guess any sort of pearl is cruel
Wild pearls... not farmed pearls...
And no I don't wear pearls because they are cultured. I said I would only wear wild pearls if I wore them! (which won't happen because they are too rare lol)
