    yeah too heavy, I just couldn't get the mechanics of balancing the bar in front of me.. yet I was back squatting 65kg

    I tried to do front squats as I cant back squat due to my injury but I couldn't even front squat the bar. Can't seem to get any upper body strength going on.

    I wear powerlifting shoes, so maybe I need to focus on using my rear to power up as you say if I start squatting again.

    Is it possible when coming up from a heavy squat to lean too far forward and have the bar f**k you up? I often get this feeling that the bar is going to roll too far forward and break my neck and I can't complete the squat.

  12. Yes; I guess where I'm coming from is that wild pearls are a natural process, wheras when farmed the irritant is placed inside the oyster shell to create the pearl. But I guess any sort of pearl is cruel

  15. Wild pearls... not farmed pearls... And no I don't wear pearls because they are cultured. I said I would only wear wild pearls if I wore them! (which won't happen because they are too rare lol)

  22. I take BN Creatine Ethyl Ester (HCL) The website says: a dose of 3g a day is typical. For best results take 30 minutes prior to training. So this is where I'm confused!
  23. The BN website says to take it before training, that's why I've been taking it during the day.
  24. I wonder why I'm having issues.... I'm also taking taurine and beta alanine but they are not known for water retention.
