Maybe thats why it doesnt hurt when i break bones.
I think ive had every type of migraine there is. I get anywhere between 2-20 a year. Some have very strange effects, once i had my vision flip for about 5 seconds.
There are triggers. Know what they are and avoid them. Sometimes it takes a day for it to happen, so its hard to work out what the trigger is.
Mine are : diesel fumes, some food additives (vegetable gums etc), dehydration, too low or too much of a swing in blood sugar and eye strain (usually from gaming).
When i was younger chocolate was a bad one, but i have seemed to get over it to some degree.
So learn how to meditate and how to tell when it is coming, so you can get some painkillers down before you start spewing up.
