HAHA Hey Weetbix, yeah that was me, I saw you and thought hey R31 but then I saw SDU on the rear window and thougt TRAITOR!!! hahaha nar thought you might be on here. I got stuck behind some shit box's and couldnt get out. You should have come across me 5 mins earlier, was comming up the park way and saw a Silver R33 in front with what looked like a modified GTR Kit (could have been a gtr) pulled up next to him we exchanged hello's and it was on like donkykong! although he didn't like going over the speed limit, or limiter, dont know I was consentrating like a resoncible driver . I had gone the wrong way to play with him and was on my way to my actual destination and came across you. Also Spotted on my way home (same day) being V8 weekend and me being in thier ultimate rival, Got a bit of lip from a std VT full of young guys, No I didnt race them!! However, with them was a VR Clubsport (with some nice mods I might add) beefy v8 sound and nice kit and paint ( it had "2purv" on the side skirts). So with on lookers egging on this guy to "teach me a lesson" He revs the big block v8 and rattles the ground and with cheer from the VT. Lights go green, a 6.5k dump from me and it was all over I could see him dissapearing in the distance it was magical, so of couse I waited for them at the next lights and to my amazment a car full of quite and peacefull hooligans still frustrated at being reminded about 1991-92, and not more than an Idle out of the Shiney commy club sport.... All I needed was a pair of dirty undies to fling onto his bonnet!!!!

Your car will need steam cleaning, all the cars I have brought over for myself, fam and friens all needed cleaning, its a crap policy/money making sceam that the cleaning people on the doc charge, despite my car being the stockest and cleanest on the dock still cost me $280 for a wash and steam clean (like it need'd that. What would you expect for that sort of money? full detail in my op, is that what you get... HAHA they tear out the full filler cover (wheel arch) high pressure spray it, then steam clean the boot, which consits of spraying "a seamer" in the boot at 1 mtr..... thats all .... It is the biggest scam on the docs.. BUT...... It has to be done, and whats $280 on top of what you have already payed.. I suggest booking in nice and early (as soon as you know the date) unless you want to leave you cars with the cleaners over night as they only do 5-6 a day, dont know what takes so f...ing long but thats all they can do... unless you pay more.. NOT to incriminate any particular business but if you leave your vehicle over night, it is NOT secure.. yes from the public, but not from the warfies... yes those nice guages (etc) are highly likely to be un-installed. no joke. BOOK in and wait there while its done, I did, bent over, and got to take my baby home.. Dont be a fool and drive it, hire a car trailor ($40/day) and bring it home that way, then do your FULL service, replace ALL Liquids. This car has been in storage for who knows how long, who did the last service? how long ago was it, how many trackdays has it done on this oil...think about it... I have seen 2 cars not make it home, because they were not checked out properly. Not to mention the fine is a biggen. One other thing to keen in mind, the day you are aloud to collect your car is the same day everyone else on that shipment is. and there are people every where, stay with your car. Be patient take what they tell you with salt, bite your lip, take the crap, and go home with you car in one peice on that day. Good Luck! Stirlo

I belive you can get the "trial Style" Bar (shown on GTSPEC) form CarMate.com for $450 which is reasonable, but there stuff from time to time tends to need abit of finnishing so if your handy with glass and sand paper no probs. BTW that bar with a CF Bonnet looks awsome.

They can sheer I did one on the rear a few weeks back. It was ceased when it came over from Jap Land, was prolly the salt air or something either way I tryed to get it to budge and it broke off. Off to nissan I go.

It is state specific. You get as many chances as it takes. I got my 32GTR through in March this year, needs an engineering cert. which means you need the following things done. **Engineering Cert** **Side intrusion bars installed in the doors** **Child restraints Installed** **disabled any turbo timers** **make sure the car meets normal ADR's(exhaust/mods etc)** The rules have change abit in the last year, and the following things NO LONGER need doing: *mirrors changed from convex to flat* *unleaded fuel restrictor ("Unleaded Only" sticker required)* I think thats it really. I was pretty surprised, not really running stock boost tho more like 1bar. the exhaust is straight through and pods are pods. I am still a bit sus as I was not expecting so much from these mods, I dont know if the turbos are stock or not but I am sus about quite a few things ...dont really know whats going on but, at least I know now what its running at, and that the engine is in good nick. Yeah Danooh got good power too..
