  2. Thats right, try it and see as everyone is different. I mentioned on my ProRawForum how Zoran started on the 180kg deadlift program first week of September. He told me it was his old PB, he pulled a very hard 160kg in front of me, so we started on 180kg. Before I got back from Worlds late September, his assistance exercises included 220kg pulls from a deficit for reps. In late November he deadlifted 280kg at the National Deadlift comp, on the weekend he pulled 290kg This guy doesnt even drink protein shakes, has a 130kg improve in 5 months, he may be 2-3kg heavier

  7. So much happens at PTC every night that its not possible to comment on everything, but tonights episode was a gem. So earlier today Martin is walking around The Glen shopping centre, when an Indian guy stops him and asks if he trains. He said he'd like some training info, so Martin gave him his number. Tonight at the gym Martins phone rings, its this guy, and he tells Martin he doesnt really want training info, he wants something else. So Martin asks the million dollar question "What do you want?" The guy answered back "To suck you off and give you $150 for it" Martin bought a new pair of Nike Free's tonight
  8. Looks like everyone waits till the last day, maybe a month is too long, a week may be better, everyone trains each lift at least once a week, film it. Six pages, over 100 posts, how many vids, still 16 days to go
  9. Why does Martin do a lot of things lol I have no f**king idea He is not a fan of the mono or the 35mm squat bar. He hasnt trained on it enough for this reason. Everyone else loves it. He is now using it exclusively
  10. Yep, thats why a paused bench is easier, resting with a dead stop on the chest makes the press so much easier lol To eradicate attempts like the one just posted, simply make everyone pause in a dead hang, so much easier to judge as well
  11. Resting is way harder, if you want proof, make everyone rest for a count of five at the bottom, see how they go then

Ripped is purely diet, surely this can longer be debated, Martin got down to 6% bodyfat, he hates reps, even his warm ups are only 5 reps with empty bars All his training is low reps, with 90% of it singles His journal is posted on my forum, no secrets So he's the strongest junior in Oz in the 82.5kg class, maybe all Juniors, and possibly the most ripped year round powerlifter Train for strength eat for cuts

His bench PB is 167.5kg

Mitch, when Max was benching 107.5kg, he could only do 1 rep with it By doing PPP and other programs based on a 1RM, he got his PB up to 155kg Guess how many reps he can do with 107.5kg now, around 15 Getting stronger isnt complicated. As your 1RM goes up, so does your 5RM, your 10RM and your 20RM Its not the only way, but its possibly the best way, at least thats what we've found At Worlds Sussy benched 60kg at her lighter bodyweight. On Friday, after 5 months of increasing her !RM to over 70kg, she benched 65kg x 7
