  7. bit of a dead thread, but the versions i can get my hands on seem to have the aus and nz models missing, its the same with alot of the other parts interpreters that i use and i know you don't need it as our stuff is imported but it would be good to be able to do aussie cars too. anyone know where i can get them?

  9. i have 3 bare blocks, 1 has the case grit removed and deburred, cleaned and coated with glyptal. the return oil galleries are now 10mm and the blind oil galleries have been tapped with npt-f for grub screws. i have magna-fluxed the bore's, water pump face and stud holes. original bore and and deck height which is good, has crank but main tunnels could do with work. other two are unknown but have cranks. only problem is i'm in vic.
  10. i have a freshly built head if your interested, seats cut, head surfaced with super-tech single valve springs, exhaust seats, titanium retainers, and colletts. however i am in vic!

  12. Am happy to help, you want to reset air bag lights?
  13. there are many reasons for engine failures and i'm sure you will hear more and more as you continue to investigate. ask yourself this: what answer will satisfy you and what are you going to do with that answer? the two guys above have hit the nail on the head. read their posts a few times over. If your an enthusiast at the least then get in the know of your own machine and do all the work yourself or find a reputable shop to do all your work. I do all my own work from building it to driving it. The point being that half the fun is in doing it yourself, and what you cant do yourself, find someone to help or show you how to do it. the forums have plenty of information for the basics.. though, the more difficult stuff has "experts attached"
  14. just saw this, and missed it. we need more events like this in victoria!
