    Spoke with my engine builder today. It works out with a 1mm head gasket 8.44 to 1 so should be fairly good off boost too.

    So a -10cc piston with zero deck height and neo head 51.5cc will be better. 8 to 1 so allows room to deck the head and bring it up and run smaller head gasket thickness. I will be running 25psi boost with a gtx3582r. 1000cc injector with e85

    Hi. Would anyone know what comp ratio these pistons would give me with a neo head. Zero deck height.

    All good. Going with the .82 rear but wanted to know if anyone has done it. Was advised by mike vine turbos it would be ok with the .63 going to leave the .82 on it for now and build a 3lt bottom end.

    Thanks Scott. Only reason I am going with the gtx35 is it cost me basically nothing. Has a .82 rear on it now. From what I've seen and read they spool up around the 4200 rpm mark. Will get my tuner to try and play with the vct to bring it on earlier on the neo engine. current set up spools up around the 38 to 4000 mark.

    Did a bit more today. Just have to finish root runs and then do cap welds. Also need to work out where to put my wastegate port.

    So the 33 greddy manifold fits the 34 neo with stuff all mods. Makes it very cheap to have a front facing manifold. Sweet

    Bit of an update. Scrapped the first set up and have now made a new merge collector. This is what I have now.

    At what rpm do you see full boost?

    Works out between 35 and 45mm length different from one to the next in order. So 1 is 415mm long 5 is 377mm long 3 is 330mm long 6 is 410mm long 2 is 370mm long 4 is 330mm long. From memory. So the pulse effect should work well.

    I think mine will flow ok as the difference between each runner is just longer than the next fireing cylinder.
