  1. Isn't it funny what we thought looked good in 1986. That is so off nowadays:) I had a 1988 Series 1 GTS (white) jeez I loved that car and I didn't care when people told me it was ugly 'cause it was my baby. saw one the other day and I still love em. Gotta get me one to restore one day especially if I find number 101 Cheers Chris
  2. Firstly there is no way it was built in 1996 as even late 1995 series 1's had airbags. Secondly I see no way that a car would sit for upto 5-6 years before being licensed. Sounds like a con to me so I'd avoid it like the plauge as there are plenty of other 'lines out there to choose from Cheers Chris
  3. Take it to someone near uni like SST and ask them to run it up on the dyno to see if the output is normal for a stockie. If not I'm sure it may only be something minor that they can fix. The rest of us will only be guessing
  4. It's stuffed Erik
  5. Big Al is correct. Definitely a 93 or 94. Someone selling either doesn't know their Skylines or can't be trusted. 96/99...how does that happen? $20k max Cheers
  6. I wouldn't complain 100kmph is around 161,000kph:) Might have to do something about the gearing. Seriously though whatsisname hit the nail on the head...whip the press into a frenzy offer to fix things with more cameras and reap the extra income.
  7. Not illegal but bad taste should be:bahaha:
  8. Try http://www.takakaira.com/ Spray the interior?......I'm too scared to ask
  9. Maybe you need a new set of plugs and points;) Or at least file the points flat and set the gap to 20 thou
  10. Yep;)
  11. That's a shame Ben Nice 'nowin you...see ya
  12. I'm allowed to be snappy I'm old:)
  13. They sell Bendix Ultimates etc which I don't consider low end. Not top shelf either but good quality Cheers
  14. Jon I think even top quality tyres will wear the insides of the rears if you have a camber problem. I'd say your car has been lowered without any camber correction. Get Wilkinson Suspension to correct this before wearing out new tyres prematurely. You'll get better traction too. NO_RESPECT For a cheapish tyre try Kumho 512's from Wanneroo Tyrepower for less than $200 last time I bought. Sure there is better if you want to spend the money ,depends on how you use the car. Cheers Chris
  15. Try this mob They are always well priced (for supply only) MARFLEET BRAKES 61 Edward St Perth 6805 (08) 9328 8747 Cheers Chris
  16. Not OK Probably appropriate ....when you were 12 years old Cheers
  17. My R34 came with TV/Sat Nav too. The TV can be made to work but the cost would be as much as buying a new setup here. If the Sat Nav is a Addzest (Clarion) unit it will not work here until Clarion create/sell a CD ROM for Aussie. That would cost them big bucks and the Australian market is not woth it. Save yourself some grief and ditch it now....trust me Cheers
  18. Small point really but do you really have to preface every post with "heuheehuh " or the like? Unless of coarse you giggle like a schoolgirl in real life or have some unfortunate affliction.....It's really giving me the irits. Cheers Grumpy Old Bastard
  19. Piss orf 25GTT!!!!!! Sorry to hear that Greg. I know how frustrating it can be when the car is your pride and joy
  20. Honestly if you want an amateurish crap job do it yourself. If looks are important use a professional if you can. Most trimmers charge reasonable rates for what they do. Cheers Chris
  21. What fault was there with the R34?
  22. If there is no creasing of the panel Dentmasters should be able to help. They just remove the inner panel and push out the dent.
  23. Do you clean your teeth with a rag??? Sorry Troy no more postwhoring from me:)
  24. So where can I buy this "Toothpaste"
  25. So obviously they didn't fit new halogen headlights as they are supposed to do for compliancing the naughty boys. Nevermind the Xeon ones are far superior. For the details on C-Red and SST just look in the white pages we can't do it all for you. Cheers
