Headlight Assistance Please

Hi All,

Just wondering if you can help me. I have just bought an R33 and have some seriously foggy headlights. I have been told you need to crack the headlights open, give them a polish inside and they should come up like new.......if this the case can anyone provide some 'fool proof' instuctions for me to follow??

You can polish the outside to get them clear, but the inside might be SLIGHTLY dirty.

Doing the outside will make a huge difference, but it comes back after a month or so.
