lol.... i dont know why i didnt do this sooner... yeah the price is very good, i payed more than this last year, for the same ones...

Ok well tomoro night i will bug my mate and take some pics of the R33 with its lights on!

I will answer all PMs and add you to the list as well as send you my account details.

hey shan, SAU community..

I do all the international orders for Cyberstork, and am helping Kezza on this group buy.

just to help out Kezza answer some questions here, yes, adding a logo would increase the price, as would removing the "Cyberstork" name. There are various options that Cyberstork has made available for customizing the white meters, they are listed above, but again I will list them out;

1. Removal of Cyberstork's name/logo

2. Addition of your team name/logo/etc...(must be within specified size parameters)

3. Letter/Number colouring (aside from the 2 original colours: red/blue)

4. Replacing #'s with Chinese/Japanese characters.

5. Simple colour backgrond change (other than original white: pix available in original posting above)

Here is a link to Cyberstork's recommended LED light swap.

http://www.cyberstork.com/items/led/index.html

The LED's are available through Cyberstork, but local sourcing will be cheaper.

And finally, currently available for only the R32 models is a colour film for the meter needles, comes in a set of 4.

Antimatter-> That is an aftermarket speedo I presume?

Cyberstork can make a custom meter to suit a 300km speedometer but it will be more expensive as it is a one-off. If you join in the group by, I think that Kezza will be able to work out a deal to offset the higher price. cheers

N1GTR-> Unfortunately Japan has strict copyright laws banning the reproduction of Nismo and GTR logos without...blahblahblah, so sorry mate, they cant do it....but anything else is ok! even "SAU", providing they dont say no :):P;)

Thanks for the input mike. Just a reminder to the guys who are sending me the pm with orders. Be sure to tell me what colour you want them in.

In standard form they are. White faced with RED numbers. Or Whites faced with BLUE numbers.

Thanks

Antimatter-> Any chance you could tell me what sort of aftermarkit 300km dial you have? If you could send me a pic via pm, ill be more than happy to help you out :)

How do they slip over the needles if the base of the needle is bigger than the hole?

here are some links off Cyberstork showing just how they fit over the needles

Price change.... Read my first post. thank you...

Sorry about that mike. all fixed !

taking orders.... we have 4 people wanting them, oh.. ill go and take some pics of my mates R33 at night for they guys wanting to see them in stock form at night!

anything else is ok! even "SAU", providing they dont say no ;)  :D  :D

Actually if you read the group buy thread I did on these a while back, the prices they quoted me for putting the SAU logo on the dials (and removing the cyberstork ones in the process) came to about $125 including shipping... virtually doubles the costs of these faces.

hrmm, $120 was going to be the highest price I would pay for these including the cyberstork logo being removed and having my own logo on it.

$155 is just a bit to much.

Hey Skyliner, if we can get all the people going in on the group buy to do the same I will have a chat with Cyberstork and try to convince him to get 50% off the option fees. Is that cool?

as long as all i pay is $120 for the white face with blue numbers & letters without the cyberstork logo taken off it and my own logo on it, i'm happy to pay $120.

as already discussed with kezza on MSN.

hey, have the prices changed? get your mate to send them in a document satchel (as they're almost A4 in size) via SAL, they're about half the cost of EMS, and instead of 3 day delivery, it'll take a week.

i payed $110 for mine 6 months ago! I didnt have a problem with it.

Was happy as to finaly find some.

It was my mistake about the price and mike is going to see his mates at cyber stork and work something out...

If you all can get the same logo he will work something better out.

    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
