It doesnt matter if your car is a street car, weekend circuit racer or hardcore drift car, we can provide you with the spring rates YOU want.

Furthermore, if any customer is unhappy with their chosen spring rate configuration, we will exchange the springs for them at no cost

Lightweight 6061 Aluminium alloy construction

Our customers demand quality and durability, and G4 delivers on both counts!.

G4 Racing Coilovers are manufactured from high grade 6061 aluminium alloy with T6 for increased hardness and formed by forging for added strength, with a durable annodized finish that wont lose colour.

Teflon coated thread

G4 coilovers feature a teflon coated thread, to prevent the rust and corrosion commonly seen on other untreated shocks.

Fully Height adjustable

Each G4 Racing coilover shock absorber can be lowered to approximately 120mm less than the vehicles original ride height, and each kit includes c spanners allowing for easy ride height adjustable on-car.

Simple on-car rebound and damper adjustment

With the G4 top turning adjuster, damper and rebound can be adjusted with a simple rotation, up to 24 ways!

Each G4 shock absorber is adjustable for both compression and rebound.

Where are these made?

are height adjustment independent of spring rate?

So we get to choose the spring rate when we order?

How much is shipping cost?

oh and do these come with those rubber gromets/cover that keep the dust from entering the shock absorber's shaft?

Hi mate,

G4 shocks are manufactured to an extremely high standard - which is why we are selling them.

Height adjustment is independant of the spring rate, and they include the grommets to prevent dirt getting down inside the shaft.

Shipping costs depend on where you are and the spring rates for Japanese imports are shown on our website. These shocks are very forgiving, if you fit them to your car and find that you would prefer an alternative spring rate, we will sort this out for you.

Cheers,

Steve

Thankyou to those of you who have already placed an order.

I'd be interested to hear some feedback from anyone who've fitted these. I need some new suspension, was thinking about TEINS, but I'm prepared to be swayed :D

We are providing full after sales support with 12 month replacement warranty on these shocks and we carry a full range of spare parts in stock all the time, so if you have a problem, we can tend to it immediately.

Cheers,

Steve :D

Let me be the first to say these things are excellent, i bought myself a set today from Darron and the boys and they are great, i fitted them today bar a small little problem which i take full responsibilty for (snapped a stud) and they work a treat. The car has never felt this tight and sturdy driving and also sits mega low with sum crazy camber!!!

Hahaha may have to jack em up a bit as the car is to low but all in good fun.

Thanks for this Boys and im sure u will sell these things like hot cakes

Cheers

Nik

I notice on the website all the specs for the R32 GTR (GTS4) Street Track and Drift are the same??

What is the best spec for mostly Street and rare Track day?

Are these adjustable between both types of use with the one spec.

Hi mate, according to the feedback we have received, many of our customers prefer to use street spec when you are fitting them to a road car that will see the occasional track day.

The details of the Street, Track and Drift spec versions have been added in the first post.

Steve

My main concern is ride comfort

Spring rate: 13 (F) 8.7 ® Kg/mm

seems rather stiff, which makes sense for Track, and Drift, but I plan to use them mostly on the road, just waiting for more feedback I guess

How do these perform under drag application?

Hi mate, for starters, these are a very streetable shock, even at the above spring rates.

If you specifially want more forgiving spring rates, this isnt a problem as we carry a range of different springs in stock to suit your requirements

Steve

Several more sets have been sold over the weekend, thankyou to everyone that has ordered, we have more stock arriving daily so get your orders in now to grab your set of G4's at this special forum price!

Hi mate, my mistake, they are normally $1499 and we are running a one month special offering them at $1399.

These shocks include a 12 month replacement warranty direct from Just Jap, and we provide unmatched after sales support as well as keeping a stock of spare parts.

The R33 GTS-T kit does include adjustable front camber tops, allowing -2/+2 camber adjustment.

Ok, when i rang you guys today I was told, on the R33 Gts-t they are not pillowball tops and are not camber adjustable. can you confirm they are/aren't?

Thx for all your help.

    • The question then becomes - was there any fluid coming from that hole before you did the rebuild ?    You may not have noticed, of course.   Depending on how you did the rebuild, the possibility has to be considered that somehow (cleaning ?)  fluid entered that hole and is now being 'forced'  out by small movements of the proportioning valve.   From the factory, there's actually a small rubber plug in that hole but with age and under-bonnet heat it's quite common for it to 'go missing'.  That rubber plug is designed to allow the venting process but also to prevent 'stuff' getting to the area (prevent corrosion, etc).   The plug is also not available as a spare part AFAIA. Personally I wouldn't race and buy a new master just yet but keep an eye on the area to see if the 'leak' continues.   If you're concerned about brake fluid damaging nearby paintwork, cable tie a piece of suitable absorbant material over the hole and remove/monitor occasionally.    Operation of the proportioning valve and the brake master itself won't be affected, but also keep an eye on brake fluid level, of course. In terms of a new master, the genuine part is getting expensive, unfortunately.  Amayama is showing AUD900+.   I was searching recently and there's an aftermarket part available from Japan made by 'Parts Assist': https://zenmarket.jp/en/yahoo.aspx?q=BNR32%2bBM50&p=1 Whether it's any good I have no idea, although in my experience Japanese aftermarket stuff is pretty good quality-wise.   The above site allows overseas buyers to purchase stuff more easily from Japan but there are fees and shipping costs, of course.   The original Japanese seller page is here: https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p1197401228 Copper/Nickel is fine but I still prefer bundy tube and it's also cheaper.
