Hey guys i'll bring my line there tomorrow for the first time just to see what its capable of. My recipe for some embarassing times is: 18' rim with 265 tyres, super sore ass hard suspension and the stupid vvt that always drop power/boost at around 5000 rev. Anyway regardless of the crappy set up hope to see the regulars there for some tips and hopefully can break into the 13s. See yas

IF you see 2 red R31 SVD GTS skylines come say Hello I am only supporting my friend but we have identical cars except he has the 3l compared to my 2.5

out of us I currently am quicker with a 13.3 but he is only 2/10's behind with a 13.5 he also has about a extra 40 horses so that could change the standings tomorrow

Everyone thinking about going to WSID worried about the rain;

I'm in Blacktown (about 5-10 min from WSID) and it hasn't rained at all here so far today. It's a little overcast but not looking too threatening at this stage, I'll post up if I notice any rain...

As expected I couldnt get better than 14.7 coz too much wheel spin 1st gear :) shown by 60' 2.4 Still cant get over granny shifting . . . but I know there's room for some improvements with more practice hehe. Nice to meet up with Moana & DHC and others before the races. Some very nice results from everyone

    • Thanks for that mate always a good help
    • It's not really a calibration issue, if the voltage is really at 2V. If the voltage is 2V, then that's what the TPS is putting out, and the Haltech is seeing that and 2V is about 40% open (you know, between 0.45v being closed and something close to 4.5V being fully open). So, that would suggest that the TPS is maladjusted, on crooked, something something something. Or a wire problem.
    • Hi guys my TPS voltage is reading over 2v at idle.  My Haltech ECU is reading around 40% throttle position at idle also which is really strange. Note the actual throttle position sensor is brand new…    anyone have any experience with this or know how to calibrate it on Haltech ?
    • The OEM disk will not work on any AEM ECU, you need to use the one they made. You shouldn't have to flip the CAS or whatever you were describing, if you set the ignition sync offset correctly it can't backfire. Make sure you're using a spark plug lead on coil 1 instead of the timing loop to avoid weird issues with the timing light. Double check that your timing settings are actually correct, like is the 24 tooth configured correct or should it actually be 12 teeth for 1 crank revolution?
