Headlight Problem

Hi people's, I have a question about headlight's. My R32GTR's right headlight seems to take a few seconds to turn on{ The left light turns on instantly } . I have replaced the switch before because it caused a similar problem , but since I had my afmeter replaced , the problem seems to of returned . My thought's were possibly that the relay could be on the blink {getting old} as peter hall was doing some testing {checking voltage's etc } to determine what was giving my car problems before {afmeter was the problem} . If anyone has had any similar problems and found a solution please post it
