farkin, yesterday i had to run to my car 'cause i could see the idiot inspector was closing in from the opposite side. He first checked the other meter before checking mine - but luckily i still had 1.5 minutes left.

But all this running and worrying, what for? to get a ticket just because i could have been 2 minutes late because of some slow whore waiting in front of me in at the bank? its bullsh1it alright

No I dont work for the city of melbourne but I also don't get parking tickets because I don't park in places that I shouldnt or at least remember to go back and top up my meter... anymore

I've had about 1ks worth or parking fines in the city (in a 3 year span) but I don't bitch n moan or blame it on someone else.
