i have a feeling that a camry may hold the national record by the end of the month.

in yankee land they are quoteing 8,000hp these days.

Ive got a friend of the family who started out pitting for bob sheppard then went to santo's,and now since the falling out in the team he has been asked to pit for rachelle splatt.

i liked the form of morgan and reid.Reids car sounded great.Especially was impresed with jay upton.

Yeah I have crewed for some Dorrslammer teams here and some Alcohol dragster teams-good fun. Got a mate who does the clutch for Cory Mac in the states and I was lucky enough to hang with those guys in 2004 for a month. The scene over there is nuts-24 Top fuelers trying to get into a 16 car field-if you run a 4.7 you prob wont qualify-WTF I remember when saw Force run 331mph in a funny car at Pomona-totally nuts :O

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
