haha you are one to talk. last time i checked you have more skylines in the garage than me!

i just got a set of 33 GTR wheels for the 32, but they are missing the centre caps. i can get them from nissan but as usual they are a bit on the pricey side for what they are, and brand new caps on used wheels can look a bit funny.

i'm sure you've got a set of 33 GTR wheels poking around Geoff. maybe you could long term loan me a set!! lol

Fair enough Rich, but no I don't like the stock GTR wheels, any of them so none in this garage. I'm just not obsessed with having everything just so. CBF with Volk centre caps for the TE37's either.

Can you make them?

haha, yes i think maybe i have automotive OCD. it's sad. when the GTR is not here i just end up buying parts. I love a set of 33 or 34 GTR rims on a 32. I just like keeping it in the family so to speak. :D Same reason is why if i change the 'everyday' seats in the GTR i will go 34 GTR seats over brides or recaros etc.

hey if you want some centre caps for your TE37s i can get you a set I'm including some in my next parts shipment for a mate. surpisingly they are cheaper than the ones for my 33 GTR wheels!

doesnt look like i'll have much luck with these. will just have to buy new and hope they dont stand out too much. :D

yeah you can just get plain, flat ones that go in the centre. they just mainly to stop dirt and crap getting in there but do look nice too.

    • @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.
    • I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.
    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
