So you decided you'd show him who's more bogan by ripping a big skid and letting him beat you? :P

Nice work, thats better than a stock GTST. should be some good competition next weekend

Wasn't intending on the skid, just wanted to see what a full converter leave was like lol.

And yer if I get some better tires it'll be good fun :)

.... Thinking about scraping my BC's for some 90/10s

dont get rid of them.

just put them aside.

its maily the rear ones you need to worry about.

just swap the 90/10s in when youre heading to the 1/4.

I do enjoy the bakeage with the stiff springs I've got going ....

If I put them in they'd stay they're all the time cause I hardly drive the thing. I duno how much adjustment is in the BC's if I soften them right off

Morning all, mr ants I'm not buying a Gtr I'm gona get some slicks then come at me gtrs lol

I loled. Did a 1.5 second 60ft on bald 235 nankangs. Come at me slicked up bogan mobile Edited by Bunta

only one way to find out. Actually adjust them instead of sitting here whining about traction

Is there any way to adjust them other than the dampeners on the top or is that it?

(Plus I enjoy whining :P, speaking of whining a black ve ute last night had the sexiest blower whine)

Ull be at drag day I assume? :)

And the car isn't overly low, sits about 100mm at the lowest point

prolly still too low for really good straight line grip. Once you get the car squatting it will increase your negative camber to the point where you are effectively rolling on bike tyres.

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
