Hook jumper lead a to terminal n and jumper lead b to terminal p. proceed to attach the remaining ends to your testicals.

Car should remain charged for the rest of your life ;)

Are you trying to say i have powerful balls?

generally, the cheap ones are an outright charger only.

the expensive ones have the trickle charge function.

or, take for good drive.

then, disconnect battery.

stops anything draining.

if you want to stop it completely, will have to find whats draining power.

Well say i didn't use the trickle function, would simply hooking up the battery for a while be a bad thing?

If im not mistaken, do you use the trickle function whilst the car is still hooked up to just top it up over a long period of time?

Do 34s have inbuilt security? As I know on falcons this is what drains them over long periods

Don't believe so, but i do have an alarm system so i'm sure that helps chew through a bit.

Morning all. Shitty day 2day.

I paid more in tax last year than my wife made, I want a dole bludger as my butler for that shit.

At least you both have two incomes. And for you to earn more than ur wife she either got paid peanuts or as they say youre 'high income earner'. Which side of the fence do you want to be??? Edited by Ants

Well she was working until she got sick. I am what you would call a "high income earner" I guess. Doesn't really feel like it at the moment though medical bills really break the bank.

Some day's I would rather be on the poor side of the fence, Life was simpler and more care free before I discovered that being a responsible adult is important.

I know plenty of low/mid income earners that are much happier than high income earner. My old man earns a ridiculous amount of money but he has no time to himself or his family...

Does being financially successful outweigh the need for a social life/family obligations in modern society?

I feel ya. Cost of living is insane and medical / health system here is pethetic. Went to private hospital because the wife had complications and we paid on the $300 something for that evening (stayed 3hrs only), then several weeks later we were gettin all these bills from the drs we saw. I was like WTF? What the hell did we pay on that nite for????? Was more upset with their poor administration and that we could not claim it back via Medicare. What farkin joke!!!!

Nick you will find that out out soon enough (maybe when ur a bit older). The key to success is being happy with yourself in life. But even that is not solid state and changes all the time!

The hardest thing for any Parent I would say (and it took me a long time to get this) Is the Sacrifice of quality time with the Kids now so they can have every advantage and the best of everything later.

I burn some serious hours at work and have not had a holiday where work wasn't involved some how (even my honeymoon) But it is all worth it when I get to sit down with my daughter and watch her play violin or any Sunday where I get to watch my son play Football.

Is being successful Important to me...Not really I would be happy being poor, Is it Important to me to set a good example for my kids and give them the best possible start to life....It's worth every single second of overtime and customer complaint.

That's the point I'm trying to make, I grew up in quite a strict but very well off household. Old man is an electrical engineer although has been climbing through management positions within a well known national company for the last 10 years or so.

So as you can imagine, he was around very little as I was growing up. Now that he is approaching 50, he's slowly realising that for all the financial gain he has achieved and physical assets he owns the events he has missed within his families life and the mates he's lost contact with comes no where near close to counterbalancing it in his mind.

And this is something he is finding very hard to come to terms with atm as its impossible to go back and make up all the times he missed...

and this ^ is the right mentality to adopt in today's world IMO.

Holidays you say...... well aside from general public holidays I haven't had one of those for 4 years now!

Sounds like you and I could compare war stories.

Our country needs massive reforms especially around Healthcare and Childcare.

I agree with Nick about money - I took a massive pay cut when I left my management position to become a delivery driver but I'm a lot happier now and I get paid more per hour than I did before.

My wife loves it when I do housework now too :)

    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
