they are used. fronts are like new but the rears are getting tired. Rears are 265 and the fronts are 245. definitely not a drag tire, The side wall is like a brick but they should handle well.

Thats cool! I am surprised the fronts fit! (Or are they no on the car yet?)

Josh says:

no really

Josh says:

not

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

bullshit

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

was funny as

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

he could drive thou

Josh says:

the guy is a f**king tool. he can use the gas peddle to power over steer, hr isn’t good as he crashed. All bar he is better then most, i give him that. never the less, people like him f**k it for everyone else

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

if u try slide every corner u f**k up eventually

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

f**k it up for who

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

?

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

no1 came

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

and terry and michales car are f*king loud

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

f*kin stupid thats wat f**ks it

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

no need for loud shitters

Josh says:

it isn’t noise. its people like him who come off on a mountain run and bring un wanted attention to the roads

Josh says:

just like darran

Josh says:

and the f**king half page story in the paper

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

it is noise fool

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

thats wat wakes them all

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

did u read the story in the papper

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

f*kin mountain runs pointless

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

drifters have the right to be there aswell as the loud shitboxes

Josh says:

your wasting your time trying to debate me about this, as im not listing nor taking any of it in. I don’t have a problem with drifting. i have a problem with people who do it in cars like a EA with cut springs who end up crashing. The kid can drive, yes. However he crashed. go buy a decent car and maybe you wont come off. get in, get out, little attention.

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

why get a decent car wen if u crash it it will cost heaps

Josh says:

not really man. a "decent" car, thats set up to drift with someone who is able to power over steer will always be better then a car that isnt set up do to anything

Josh says:

its all about the car, as much as the dirver

Josh says:

driver

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

so every1 is pro from get go

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

u talk shit lol

Josh says:

nope, no one is pro.

Josh says:

however, its a shit box ea, with cut springs

Josh says:

it shouldnt be on the road

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

terry has cut springs

Josh says:

spring still have enough tension not to jump out, as its a "coilover" strut not a solid rear end

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

cut springs = bump steer = same as lexuss

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

u r a hipocrit

Josh says:

my mates dad has cut springs in is $120k AMG, whats you point?

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

hes a f**k head

Josh says:

go to a AMG meet and say that. no off the self springs set level front and rear. its common to cut 10 - 20mm off the rears to make them set level with the front

Josh says:

why they dont order a custom one im not sure? i, assume its a brand thing

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

ppl are to serious about there cars

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

terrys car is a na with a bolt on turbo and cut springs

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

and it goes good

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

how gives a shit

Josh says:

its not an n/a. its a real turbo motor. we put it in last weekend

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

fast cars dont have a purpose

Josh says:

nor do light commercial utes that are low. its personal opinion. why try and debate me, im not going to agree, like your not either

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

lol

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

exactly

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

there are no mini trucks in noosa

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

theres like 3

Josh says:

i would go and say, there are no REAL mini trucks full stop

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

body dropped

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

u cant get more real then that

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

way more effort then bolt on mods

Josh says:

tatins cars yes

Josh says:

way more mods? god you have no idea. go build a real race car, not anything like anyone has owned or own. a dedicated race car. you'll get a real wake up call

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

wat so if u work no stop on a pissy little engine it can take years

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

haha

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

i doubt it

Josh says:

i said a race car, not just the motor part

This's How Hip Hop Is Supposed To Sound says:

ooo pre made suspention

Josh says:

sounds like you have no idea how much RnD and engineering goes into a dedicated track car. Pre made? your kidding me. there is not pre made in a dedicated race car. im not talking something i could build if i had money. im talking like likes of real event class’s

Josh says:

your a f**king loser

Read the above MSN convo. It's in regard to a mountain run we did last night and a typical "skid kid" who had mild throttle skill came off a mountain and we had to pull his car out.

Convo leads onto what is a current long debate about anything performance has no purpose, but show cars or cruiser's do. If anyone wants his email just ask, he'll bark up straight away, goof entertainment

things to note about the other person in the msn convo.

1) unless you do 100% of all work on your car (inc one off machine work, tig work ect) your not a real car enthusiast.

2) fast cars have no purpose. Mini trucks do.

3) Racing in events is silly as it has no point, winning car shows and going to "low and slow" mini truck type things have a purpose.

4)"dubs" have more purpose on the street then a 17 or 18 inch rim

I think you get the idea

wtf are you doing even hangin with intelligence like that?

God I have no idea. I wish I kept some of the earlier convo's with purpose VS no purpose, or even tapped some of the convo's in front of everyone. It would make good you tube viewing I think.

He wasn't invited, so invited one of his friends and got him to drive and came along... Same with the EA, wasn't invited, got wind of what we were doing and cam along, thank god he had no fuel towards the end and we got rid of him before he followed onto to the more serious mountain.

Hard to keep what we do a secret, people who you think you can trust tell someone, who tell someone, who tell somone.

complete tool

another person who has no idea what's involved in the modifying process, just goes by what other people say and is a magazine mechanic

i'll grab the addy later and we can stirr him up later

one of our first runs we had this stupid dude in a rodeo and was running in the middle of the pack and wouldnt get outta the way!

He has no idea man. He thinks Mini trucks with a notch and 4 link rear end is the be all and end all of suspension work as its somewhat custom. He blocked me on msn, but i'll send it later, you can stir him and just add me into the window for a laugh, as I can;t start a convo with someone who has me blocked.

We should have taken a more harsh stand, unfortunately they didn't get the point when we lost them, but slowed down for the town ships, or stopped in the town ships.

Ahh hello, we're not running with you clowns, leave. Neanderthals have a hard time understanding I think

    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
