Unknown Japanese Sticker

Hey Guys,

I've been wondering what this sticker just inside the drivers door on the dash means.

If anyone is able to give me the jist of it that would be great.

I mean it could just indicate an oil and filter change was performed - or it could tell me much more... i just dont know.

Hi Justin.

For what it's worth:

The guys in the Japan section or someone with more time could undoubtedly help more

Best to have a crack at the tick 'n' flick section at the bottom with the two pen marks...?

i had a little yellow sticker inside my door on the side of the dash...ive kept it coz i wanna do what you've done, but been lazy...

it says 50,900kms on it...so it leads me to beleive my k's might not be so unbeleivable!

Thanks Cowie, yeah just after i posted it i thought the same thing. I guess a mod might be able to move it, or i might just repost it in the Japan bit.

Thats one of the reasons why i posted it up dezz, it seems that the car had 78,342kms on it in 2001 (year 13 in the The Heisei Era)... thats not too bad...

Thanks for the info! Do they really suggest to change oil every 3,000km's?

I thought the japanese were pretty lazy at looking after their cars?

The 2 marks indicate which oil was used and if they changed the oil filter or not which they did.

So it looks like the km's on my odometer are most likely true, or only slightly wound back. Thats handy to know.
