I'm selling my 1990 R31 GTS II build #194, its an RB30 with series 2 R33 RB25 head (DOHC 24 valve, VCT), has a T3 turbo, Microtech, 3" mandrel bent exhaust, large tube & fin intercooler, and 120,000km on 'the clock'.

It's in immaculate condition, has a good stereo (amp, sub, CD), and is lowered. Before the exhaust and new intercooler it was producing 500Nm (@3000rpm at the flywheel) and 134kW at the wheels at 10PSI at 5000rpm.

With the new goodies, it's running 0.8bar (~12PSI), and produces more like 180kW at the wheels (though I haven't dynoed it yet). It carries the torque from 3000rpm to 6000rpm, but if you're intereseted, judge it yourself.

The asking price is $13,000 or near offer. If you're interested drop me an email at [email protected] (anytime) or call me after 6:00pm on 0422 140 355 in Sydney.

SH*T....F*CK.

I was interested in this car too. Very sorry to hear that.

How come every time i find one of these things, i can never get to purchase them ??

Have you any leads on who may have did it ?? Did anyone come and look at the car ?? Who knew it was there ??

What area are you from ??

Did you hear anything at all ??

That sends shivers down my spine and it should scare all people on here if it was in a locked garage with an alarm and club lock.

I mean, that is what everyone on here would do to their car too.

What else can you do ??

I'll certainly keep my eyes open for you.

that just friggin sucks dude... sorry to hear that indeed.....im in qld but ill be on the lookout......we had a car stolen from my work last week(a 78 series cruiser ute)in toowoomba qld and 3 days later it was found in melbourne........so u never know...... keep your eyes open guys and gals and i hope for a speedy recovery and still in good condition aswell.......Jon

Yeah, I had a couple of Indin Guys have a look at it, they sonded and looked very keen (and sure where). They sai they' come the next day with the money to buy it. They said they would call at six the next day which they didn't. They also gave me a bull mobile number. When they called me, on mine, the ID wa withheld.

No one else had my address, and they didn't call or come yesterday, so I can assume it was them.

Warning to anyone selling your car, meet them at a petol station (or other well lit place) and make sure they don't follow you home.

The police have a few leads, and apparently its been happening a lot recently through the trading post. They belive its some sort of ring or gang (probably all Indinas, and I'm not usually racist, but this does't help their cause).

If anyone calls you to buy your car, tell them that you want to call them back (or no deal), and if they have othing to hide, ontinue as I mentioned above. Also if they want to take it for a test drive, ask to see their drivers licence (you have the right to if they want to drive your car).

I just hope these ****s are caugt :), and that it doesn't happen to anyone of you guys.

The thing that makes it worse, I don't have theft insurnace at the moment!!:)

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
