darrinspencer
I have now started my front end conversion and have had a few people express interest in doing the same I have bought a set of genuine Masa Motorsport front guards with a cost of approx $1150 for the pair delivered from JP I am looking into the costs of getting a set of moulds made of the guards. Before I decide to go ahead, I would like to know if anyone else is serious about doing the same conversion and would be interested in buying a set The final cost of he complete conversion will be approx $4000-6000, depending on how much you do yourself and if genuine or fibreglass panels are used. Due to a limited run I would expect the guards to sell for $600 pair. darrinspencer
Hi Darrin, any more news on the front guards for the R34 conversion. Hows your car going? Cheers The guards will get copied in the next 2-3 weeks Price has come down to approx $500 pair My conversion is coming along very slowly Just have not had enough time......house reno Front is stripped, radiator support removed, guards mounted, having problems with bonnet hinge mounting. Need to make custom brackets/spacers. Once I get the bonnet mounted hopefully this week-end I can then work out the location of the R34 radiator support. unfortunitly is not a direct swap. Once I get this sorted, it will just need painting. Will start a new thread next week with pic's Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/131674-r34-front-conversion-guards/#findComment-2496626 Share on other sites
