Ok so recently me and few friends were driving along to the shops, and noticed a black R32 with space savers on.. We were like cool he must have popped a tyre and put a space saver on.

But then to our amazement he was driving along as if he had all 4 normal wheels on. Speeding a fair bit and cutting in and out of traffic etc etc..

Now not to long ago i noticed another black r33 with one space saver on.. Didnt think much of it then, but saw him aagin a few days later.. Again with space savers on.

Now today i saw him again driving with it on..

Dont you know that its not safe having it on for long periods of time?? Esp when you drive around like as if you had all normal rims on..

Sigh..

End rant..

i'd slash their space savers to get them off the road and prevent an accident.

this space saver shit must be the new "look at me, I'm a fu(kwit" trend.......the 5" cannon exhaust and the 200 db blowoff and pidgeon in the engine bay trend must be on its way out.

He obviously doesn't pay attention to Skylines in the news or he would have seen the Skyline that crashed because they were driving too fast on a space saver. Didn't one of them die?

Yeah I think a guy and his partner died...and a little boy survived the crash?

But the the times i saw the r33 he was drivin normally..

The other r32.. well lets just say there was an accident waiting to happen..

ohh well not my problem in the end anyways!!

hahahah nice pic mr 32!!

and the 200 db blowoff and pidgeon in the engine bay trend must be on its way out.

Not possible..

Read the title and thought "Gees.. this one's going to stir a pot, bit racist.."..

But no - it's ok - it's stupid people being stupid..

Saw a taxi drive driving with one the other day - dropping people off.. went to get the next fare, couldn't believe it..

I drove around with a space saver on cos I was having issues with my rims.. but never went over 60k/h or hit boost and never on there for very long ..
hahah sure slim sure..

nah its all good.. Im just lookin out for you guys lol..

it is true

i was following him to make sure everything is fine..

damn, im a good bloke.

I was one of the mates with Siddr20. Believe it or not, the 32 with the space saver had positive camber on the space saver wheel. I think you can all work out how positive camber comes about

    • HELP   Hey all, Is there an accelerator cable from another Nissan that can be used on the R33 GTST RB25DET with a Greddy forward facing plenum?  Thanks in advance  Rob
    • Or do we think it was installed to give 1 bar of boost max, all day, everyday?
    • So could it be assumed it has been installed intentionally with potentially a power FC boost controller kit?
    • Had my rig on Matt's dyno at PITS the other day. After a few years between tunes I added a few sensors and swapped intercoolers. Result. 553hp at 26psi. Not bad for an FJ20 that was built in 2007. The problem.. It filled the overflow bottle on hard runs which leads me to believe the head gasket isn't sealing. I have a coolant pressure sensor which was reading cap pressure at 22psi and occasionally overrunning to 23/24 psi on deceleration after a pull. It was not spiking. It has arp2000 head studs and a cometic gasket. As its been 18 years in service, I pulled the engine out and head off. Everything looks good but we obviously have an issue. Where I'm at.. Years ago I had the same issue, I checked the stud tension and they were all over the place. Some at 60 to 70 and some up near 90. I nipped them all to 100ft lbs and this stopped the water push until now. I believe this compromised the gasket back then. What do I do? 2 options are..  1) I bought arp 625+s, which I could put in with a new gasket. Thinking Kameari this time, reassemble and try again. 2) strip the block, get fire rings machined in with copper gasket and try that. I do not want to push it more than 28 to 30psi. I think the turbo will be out by then anyway. (G30-770). My other concern is the long term ability of a copper head gasket. Are they streetable for years? I feel like a new gasket with the new studs will probably suffice, but I don't know. Any thoughts welcome and advice on copper gaskets and fire rings. Thanks!
    • I'm a fan of the JZX110, and the Aristo. Big cruiser cars, and with the factory cars, super comfortable and feel like you're driving an armchair! And the JZ motors are a pretty nice engine too, especially with some basic mods.   The import process, and the need to be able to trust people, and the fact there's so many scammers around is what ever puts me off wanting to go through that ordeal!
