Safcii Or Afc Neo

I am needing to grab a SAFCII ....but have seen this new NEO thingo...

Anyone know much about it..

very limited info on SAU and on apexi's site in comparison to the info for the SAFCII

there is a special on nengun and greenline at the moment..

is it worth the $370 delivered for the safcII or is there something more special about the NEO to justify the $100 more.. apart from the colour screen

any info anyone has dug up is appreciated as i wanna order on the asap

Basically the same thing I believe.

The NEO is also a vtec controller so its a SAFC2 and VAFC in one. I think it may have a small couple of improvements over the SAFC2 as well (more adjustment points maybe).

But yeah basically the same thing, and Id say most SAFC tuners would be able to tune a NEO without problems as well.

so if there is only a slight improvement in the fuel points.. i think its 16 versus 12 on the safcII

then i might as well put the $100 saving toward a dump/front pipe combo or a high flow cat etc..

does anyone else need a safcII or a neo off nengun

i think SAFC2 has 12 tuneable points, NEO has 16.

vtec controller wouldnt benefit rb's would it?

also NEO looks prettier.

Yeah realistically you will be paying the extra $100 for a fancy colour screen. Not something I would do personally as my SAFC lives in the glovebox and is never seen...

tuyen sold his safc2 for the neo had play with it in his car, its all about the bling! looks better imo, whether it justify the $100 extra that up to you to decide.
