Same thing you'll read everywhere on this forum - I have to put my baby up for sale... No but really it is a sad moment. financial troubles and travel aspirations have got the better of me so i need the money.

Its been labelled the pirate ship because its not the most immaculatly presented 32 you'll see but it'll board and plunder any gen III with ease. Garrr she be a fine ship.

92,000 KMS

Engine:

RB20DET (also comes with rebuilt RB26 based engine - see price section)

It came with a typical Jap extra injector set up which i disconnected but all the gear is still there including GREDDY Rebik II injector controlor piggy back computer and dash unit, 2x GTR injectors on custom rail and 2.5 inch inlet piping. Must all be worth something.

17 inch AVS lightweight wheels with good rubber left

as mentioned before the car has a few blemishes

- small crack in front bumper

- small crack in left side skirt

- scrape on RHS of front bumper and under the lip (as with most low cars)

- small dent above LHS rear wheel arch

- paint peeling on bonnet

HOWEVER there is no rust, no signs of it and the car is solid, no accident history etc etc. the only reason i never fixed this stuff is because i wanted it to look slow and go fast - instead of being some show pony, shiny paint fag whos spent 20 thou on rims and paint but he's still running the stock turbo. i have only spent money on the performance and mechanics of the car as that was all i cared about.

The oil, oil filter and coolant have all just been changed and it has 12 months rego and all parts and mods technically including the screamer pipe are FULLY ENGINEERED!!!

Price:

The car comes with various parts including an unassembled fully built engine for a bit extra.

$13,500 includes:

- GTR front bar to fit GTS-t

- 6x recon'd GTR injectors

$14,500 includes above parts plus:

- Line bored, deburred and honed RB26 block, crank and rods bored out to 87mm (basically brand new)

- Weisco 87mm forged pistons

- cleaned, shimmed RB20 head

all parts crack tested and came out clean

The above parts cost me $4500 just in machine work so i'm making a HUGE loss here. these engine parts are also for sale elsewhere on this forum so they can be sold at any time but they are discounted here with the car.

or just PM me.

I'm not really interested in a swap unless its something new and easily resellable. I am looking for a cheap RWD 4cyl like an old corolla or similar so i am interested in trading (plus cash for me) if you have one of those.

Very sorry to see her go, along with my track car dreams and my membership to this forum - BUT I WILL RETURN!!

PICS NOW UP: these are not current photos however very little has changed.

- Weisco 87mm forged pistons

- cleaned, shimmed and flowed RB20 head

You said you would sell this seperate? How much you after? Is this a functioning engine? (i know nothing about engine jargon). If not what else needs to be done to get it moving?

wow fascination has a skyline now... well it least thats a good move from Integras... haha just jokes

Its not a fuctioning engine its only those parts listed. they are all ready to put together except the RB20 head will need work done to the combustion chambers to make it fit that block which was what i was gonna do because then you basically got a well built RB26 in your GTS-t but it still looks like an RB20 so you wont have to re-engineer you car to suit and if you want you can claim its just an RB20 when your smashing supras/V8's/stock GTR's etc.

You could also use this engine to race improved production and be rated on only a 2 litre capacity - putting you in the 4l to 5l category instead of the 5l to 6l one that 2.6 litres would put you in.

To get the engine running you'll need to get gaskets, bolts, bearings and then get someone to assemble and tune it. The work thats been done on these parts cost me $4500 plus the cost of the parts themselves which was about $1100 for just the bottom end - i already owned the head.

Separte from the car i'm looking for $3000 for all the parts. in reality that would be a bargain for just the bottom end.

Any pics mate?

Not as yet. I need to get the camera from work when no one is using it and that has to be on a night when the car is clean. this proves to be harder than you think.

I will keep trying and i get some i'll put them up asap.

EDITS TO THE CAR DESCRIPTION:

GTR rear wing (not GTS)

Clear Indicators

Make me an offer for the car without the new engine bits.

OR $13,500 and i'll throw in the new RB20 head for free! make it purr like a new born kitten! (sorry bout the simile but it really would sound like a new car with this on it!)

I tried to post the pics from the import site when i bought the car BUT I STILL CAN'T POST PICS!!!

This always seems to be a problem for on this forum it just goes to a blank white screen when i ask it to add an attachement. then you go back but none of the links work it just f**ks out all together.

So sorry but i can't get any pics up at the mo.

Inspections are welcome though. or PM me your email and i will send the pics from the import site to you.

    • Jack the back of the car up, pull that wheel off, pull that sensor out, and put a bore scope into the hole to inspect the outer casing, see if anything looks damaged before you pull the whole thing apart.
    • Ergh... So I pulled the speed sensor out again and the tip was shiny so I think it's rubbing the bearing. The bearing contains the magnets for the speed sensor so I think when the first sensor broke it damaged the magnet ring on the bearing.  This is just a Google image, but there is a hole going to the bearing. So when the tip broke off the old sensor I'm guessing it fouled the bearing... As the magnet is only protected by a plastic cover it would be easy to damage it. So I guess I'm doing a bearing again.
    • My thinking is that if the O2 sensor is shot then your entire above described experience is pure placebo.
    • Here is the mess that I made. That filler there was successful in filling dents in that area. But in the middle area. I can feel dents. And I've gone ocer it multiple times with filler. And the filler is no longer there because i accidently sanded it away. I've chased my tail on this job but this is something else lol. So I'm gonna attempt filler one more time and if it doesn't work I'll just high fill primer the door and see where the issues are because guidecoat is of no use atm.
    • Ok, so I think I sort of figured out where I went wrong. So I definitely overthinked it, and I over sanded, which is probably a large part of the problem. to fix it, I ended up tapping some spots that were likely to be high, made them low, filled them in, and I tackled small sections at a time, and it feels a lot better.    I think what confused me as well is you have the bare metal, and some spots darker and some are lighter, and when I run my finger across it, it' would feel like it's a low spot, but I think it's just a transition in different texture from metal to body filler.    When your finger's sliding on the body filler, and crosses over to the bare metal, going back and forth, it feels like it's a low spot. So I kept putting filler there and sanding, but I think it was just a transition in texture, nothing to do with the low or high spot. But the panel's feels a lot better, and I'm just going to end up priming it, and then I'll block it after with guide coat.   Ended up wasting just about all of my filler on this damn door lol
