I finally got my twin exhaust! It took a lot longer then expected, a bit of mucking around and cost a fair bit more then a conventional exhaust, but I'm very happy with the result!

Credit for the exhaust work goes to Mercury Motorsport. The end result was even better then I'd hoped for!

I'll get better\more photos once I clean the car.

Hey one of the guys on this forum DANSR33 has a pic in his sig of a nice VS bodykit on a 33 Gtst with dual tips. It looks pretty mad!

I had the stock system before so it's obviously louder then that, but overall it's not too loud. Definately not quiet but not as loud as many other systems. The best thing is there's next to no drone, and at higher revs it sounds great.

Im considering losing the cannon tip for 2x twin tips exhausts.

am sure you could find something better suitin your skyline tho... hehe think they come in straight rolled edges also

or borla angled tips look nice..

very nice and neat setup! I'm wondering though if there is any loss in power with this kind of setup? Noise levels would probably be over the legal DB limit too?

When I get around to putting the car on the dyno I'll see exactly what the power gain has been, but I don't think it'll be any different to a normal 3" system. The twin 2.5" pipes have a greater cross section then a 3" pipe, and the bends are nice and smooth so there should be very little restriction.

Not sure what the dB reading would be, but hopefully it won't attract too much attention.
